MalaysiaThe hotel needs major repair and maintenance, looks like a haunted place and is in deplorable condition. Ac not working and after the complaint changed to another room and again the same problem. The bathroom is not clean at all and the ceiling would fall at any time.
The hotel have a mini lift to accumadate.

MalaysiaIt was My tiring Journey, from Penang to Klang, and very last minutes, i have to book this hotel, very uncomfortable for to be there, due to the room stinks. although the room looked clean but inside was very bad smell, the air conditioner was not serviced and not cooling enough, there were no basic toiletries inside the bathroom. I will never repeat this place again.

MalaysiaIn the first room we were given, the bed was sinking and lacked elasticity. Additionally, the bed sheet had period stains and yellow stains. After we complained, the receptionist gave us the option to change to a second room. However, she asked if we had used the room or not, mentioning that they could sell it to another client and were not planning to change the bed sheet. Once we entered the second room, we noticed a lot of tiny cockroaches playing around on the dressing table.
