The only downside of this hotel is the water pressure, especially bidet. Super damn slow even non-peak hours. Hotel needs to find solution to this problem, cause this hotel has so much potential but it’ll be a waste if problem like this left unattended. Also, hallway to the room smells like old carpet and dust. Might as well hang some automatic air freshener along the way.

Didn’t expect to get high quality bed & pillow, super comfy as good as at any 5-star hotel! Perfect for a good night sleep, together with fresh air from the aircond with just the right temperature blowing straight to our bed. Hotel also provide shower gel, shampoo, handwash, coffee, tea, kettle, iron board, laundry bag etc. Room is spacious & comes with wide makeup mirror, also decent size of chair & cupboard. Breakfast spread was great, considering the price we pay comes with varieties of food & drinks selection. Remarkably delicious too.

The building could be improved and the cleanliness around the area.

The breakfast quite good as nasi being served together with the kuih muih and so forth. The location is at the centre and easy access.

Bedsheet was a bit smaller than the size of the mattress. Floor was a bit unclean when we first entered the room. Parking space was limited but since we travelled during non peak period, thus we were able to get decent parking space.

We have been to this hotel almost every time we visit Jerantut. Unlike previous occasion, this time we have been given a room at their new wing at Level 1. Room was spacious and more modern compared to the old buildings. Location wise, this hotel is in the middle of the old town. Breakfast was average though, but this is one of the few hotels in Jerantut which provides free breakfast.

The room is not very cozy and clean. The restaurant is not attractive.

The position is perfect if you arrive from KL. The central bus station, as well as the railway station are really close. The staff is really kind.

centrally located. easy to access anywhere. parking is easy and lots of free parking. rooms were nice and comfy. there are 2 lifts that makes it easy for us to go up and down. breakfast was good
