Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomAir conditioning was on the top floor so it didn’t reach downstairs quite as well. There was a fan for downstairs but I think if the air conditioning was positioned nearer to the bottom floor it would distribute the temperature slightly better.
A lovely room right in the centre of Ipoh. The room felt very modern and the restaurant downstairs was an added bonus! The breakfast they offer is really tasty and a reasonable price

Malaysiait was so good for a staycation and probably one of the best guest houses out there. it's quite affordable (if you're going in a group) and so strategic (in the middle of the city). bonus, it has contactless registration so yup, it's good for any introverts who didn't want to deal with people. very very recommended!

GermanyWe booked the property to sleep while in Ipoh. The night market isn’t noisy at all but the violating hammering loud music from a club bar nearby arent really acceptable. Ohropax doesnt help. freaking insane. Don’t book if you plan to sleep at some point Also slipped very badly in the bathroom because the floor is very slippery.
