Despite being well kept, it seems there’s an issue with bathroom drains, the bathroom was seen to be cleaned to the best and appeared nice, but since the issue with the drain wasn’t tended to, there was a lot of drain flies around that made me uncomfortable to use the bathroom, the shower had leaks from the heater when turned on and a small cockroach crawled out of the drain when the water went down the drain, and I noticed there was a smell that came out when the water goes down the shower drain, the place was refreshed and smelled nice before using the shower. So I had to avoid using the shower after that ( since I stayed only 2-3 days missing a day was fine since I could head to my permanent residence however for people that may stay longer and doesn’t have other options around this would be uncomfortable)

It was well kept and clean and had all the facilities listed and was accurate to the pictures, was comfortable to stay in the room and I liked the overall space a lot especially as a temporary guest house.

The room has no window and no mirrors. I at least expected a mirror in the bathroom but there was none.

I like the location of Edumetro in general. It has acess to a lot of cafes and conveiniet stores. Javid was an excellent help upon arrival. The hosr is cooperating too.

I did not like anything as the property information was so misleading. Please read my complaint I raised and I received no response from Booking.com. We requested for an early check in as we had an early flight and hence we reached the destination at 6 AM. We understood that official check-in time was 15h00. That was the reason why we made a request few days ago. The property never bothered to respond and we tried calling several times. After reaching the location of Edumetro, we managed to locate the Edumetro number and we talked to the owner who imposed that we pay a deposit of 150 Malaysian Ringit. Following a long discussion, he agreed that we have already paid a deposit of 1094 RM. This was already very frustrating as we were not sick. Upon check-in, we were appalled to discover that the room was in an unacceptable and unhygienic condition. The entire room was dusty and clearly had not been cleaned to any reasonable standard. This is not a mere inconvenience — both I and my co-traveller suffer from dust allergies, which have already been aggravated within hours of our arrival. This poses a direct and immediate threat to our health and well-being. More disturbingly, the accommodation we were provided does not match the description or the images that were advertised on your website at the time of booking. We explicitly booked a room with two beds, but the room given to us does not have this configuration. The pictures and information displayed online clearly led us to expect a different standard and layout altogether. This amounts to false advertising, fraudulent misrepresentation, and misleading conduct, which are serious breaches under consumer protection laws in most jurisdictions. We asked for a full refund or a change of accommodation, Again no response from booking.com.

I did not like anything about this property. The owner was rude and everything was broken in the room. I raised a compalint with booking.com, but no response.

Studio at basement so there is a bad smell due to poor ventilation. There is an EXIT sign that stayed on the whole night and affected our sleep

Javid was an amazing host who was always trying to help. Very safe, many shops underneath.

No wifi. Got Smart tv but no wifi. Sockets are illogically places, cannot charge phone next to bed. No gym. No swimming pool access. Water bidet pressure was bad. No public transport nearby. No nearby attraction on walking distance.

The best thing was host. Very responsive and very polite.

The room had an unpleasant mothball smell that was overwhelming. There was no WiFi and no mobile signal. The toilet had an unpleasant odour as well. The room itself felt like a makeshift partition rather than a proper accommodation with visible piping work on the ceiling. Definitely not worth the price.
