QatarThe washing machine was malfunctioning, it is quite upsetting as I read in the room description upon booking that this facility is available in the apartment. The toilet is moldy. I wish the owner could provide more pillows (only 4 units provided, and pillows were old / flat). Sofa set are already seasoned/ old, hope owner could upgrade.

SingaporeCockroaches in accommodation and needles found on bed!! First, we found a cockroach inside the kitchen cabinet. To me, room housekeeping is of utmost importance. We informed the host & they said they will send a cleaner over later. We went out & came back, nothing was done. Questioned the host & they simply replied that we were not around so they cannot access the room due to security reasons. Fine, fair enough. But no initiative to ask our next available timing so they can send their cleaner over. In the end, my husband settled it. At 1am+ , our baby suddenly burp and vomited on me. I lift off the blanket so I could lay her down to clean her up and found a needle!!! On the bed!! What's a needle doing on the bed? Questioned the host and only got back a "so sorry". Wow, so sorry if my baby had swallowed the needle. So sorry if my baby held it and poke it anywhere else on her body? We left our baby on the bed to play (1 of the single bed, right side, needle found on left bed) Then, in the shower again! Another cockroach. What's wrong with the housekeeping? My hubby used to be a club member of this resort and there was no such issue before. Questioned the host again but the host mentioned it was the hotel's pest management problem. As a guest, it's not my concern who's responsibility it is to manage pest. The host is the one who should be responsible to make sure their apartment is spick and span. As a cockroach hater, this is a big no no for me. It totally spoiled my mood staying over there. If the hotel management is not doing the pest control well, does it mean the host doesn't have to do anything about their own property? Come the last day, we were checking out packing my baby's stuff on the bed. Guess what we found ? Another needle!!! The host said linens are changed. If linens are changed, why are there needles found?!
The resort is situated in a serene place. A bit off city but you get to enjoy the serenity

Malaysiatoilet…..bidet not working, need to bend over at the side toilet floor to on/off the stop cock and floor very slippery and dangerous to elderly event kids. Table lamp not secure and the wire not seal and bare. The closet smell like dry sliver. Aircond not cool even I adjust to the coolest. I rate 3/10.

MalaysiaNeed to collect the keys from the safe located at the indoor carpark and return it when checking out. Apartment was not well lit as some lights were faulty. Air cond in room stinks. Pillows were very flat. Only one access card is given so its a hassle and problematic as you need it for lift access.
