    Big comfortable rooms, lovely bathrooms, great city views. Pool was brilliant, with amazing views. Lovely buffet breakfast, lots of options. You can store luggage for the day and use the pool and shower, which was perfect for us with a late flight.

    The room was massive. The breakfast was amazing. The pool was warm and nice. The staff was so nice and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay. It was walking distance from the petronas. Even if you don't want to walk because of the heat you can always book a Grab.

    The mattress: they changed for us to be harder but it wasn't hard enough for us. We ended up buying a massage gun.

    Excellent breakfast. Comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Little shop next door.

    1. The water filter in the room did not provide cold water ad there were no bottles to put it into then put in fridge to cool it. 2. Having to go to Level 40 to make your own (decent) coffee

    The location was great. Close to everything. The room was good sized with a comfy bed and great views.

    The staff is cold and downright rude, especially the sour faced dude at the reception who seems mad that someone was checking in. And his answers to my request were so rude that I ended up asking for help from the other lady at the reception. There isn't any warmth. The only smiles I got from the staff was one guy at the lobby, the security guards at the front entrance and the lady at the reception. The service itself is bad as well. There's no welcome drink or such. It's self service, as I was rudely told and gestured at a table far away. Even the smallest b&b I've stayed in different countries has always had welcome drinks as most people come by long flights or drives.I also had to go without tissues in my room for 2 days until I left a note for room service asking for it.

    Housekeeping did not clean room

    Within walking distance to twin towers.

    Despite of our request for early check in, we were kept waited after promised check in time of 3 p.m. with fake excuse that since the unit is big therefore it is taking time by our housekeeping time. Later on upon my followup they revealed that their maintenance team is fixing a broken sliding door of bathroom. We had no option but to check in while their team was still busy in fixing the door. The team was there for more almost 45 minutes after we checked in. They fixed the door but no one bothered to clean the door. There were finger prints on the furniture , dust under the sofas, wiered smell in cupboards. I mentioned all these issues to reception staff while I was checking out. As mentioned in other reviews, beds are extra soft. It took me a night to get used to of it. Breakfast was almost same all the three days and the spread was also not generous. Overall, the place do not meet my expectation. It is not a good value for money.

    Proximity to KLCC Suria mall, money exchange just next to Intercontinental hotel and convenience store on the ground floor.

    This was our second stay in Element Hotel during our recent trip. The hotel lobby is located on 40th floor, however there should be a dedicated staff assigned all the time to take your luggage. Although there is a hotel desk on ground floor, but at both instances, we took our luggage by ourselves from ground floor to the lobby. We had multiple issues with assigned room during our first stay from 19th till 22nd July. We highlighted the same while checking out and requested not to assign us the same room which was 4607. This time, they assigned us 4708. The receptionist told me that it is a city view 2-bedroom suite. However, sadly there was almost no view in one of the rooms. There was just a small piece of triangular window. I requested extra blanket for my son which was provided to us after calling thrice and it took them almost 2 hours to entertain our request. Calling housekeeping or reception is also an uphill task as they take ages to pick up the call. One of the provided telephone sets have 3 dial pad keys missing. TV lounge is better lit this time as compared to room no. 4607 which was quite dark in the dining area. For our great surprise, one of the washrooms do not have lock on the door. One won’t expect such sort of service from a pricy hotel.

    Good rooms and location.

    We were a single family (10 people across 5 rooms) and had our rooms distributed across 4 different floors. We found this very difficult to navigate as we were travelling with a baby and our grandmother in a wheelchair even though we had informed details about our party in advance. One room had a bidet that was non functional
