Had requested for "High floor with nice view " , however could barely view the sea from the room at 6th floor. Some of the items in the buffet were less than decent - like the roasted chicken which wasn't cooked through and the fish fried rice dish which had fish bones in it.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient being at the tour bus drop-off point and also walking distance from attractions like the Malaka river, Taming Sari Tower, Jonker Street, Red square, The Shore Sky Tower.

The room 421 bathroom sink pipe takes really long to drain sink water; telephone reception was poor despite feedback.

As it crowded, breakfast not well prepared. Need to wait for top up. No much choice to choose. Average food.

Reception at level 3. Staff is very helpful. Waiting area level 1 Hotel is only 6 level. Parking need to paid even hotel guest. RM5 per day Room is clean and tidy.

Convenient - close to eateries, 3 malls and serve as pick-up/drop-off point for buses. The deluxe suite was big and clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Connected to Hatten hotel; right next to each other.

The noise isolation between the corridor and room isn't great. You can hear people talking when they walk through or shout in the corridors.

The hotel location is near to the famous Stadhuys Jonker street, and the melaka river.

Got the deluxe suite room which was spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Good view of the town, hill and a bit of the sea. However, the room sofa and carpet got spots of stain.Shower space in the second toilet was a bit narrow.

Very good location, near malls, food and attractions. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Love the lobby decorations. Breakfast was good especially the ayam masak merah.

The check-in experience was less welcoming, as the staff member we had wasn’t very friendly. Additionally, the air conditioning hadn’t been turned on prior to our arrival, which made the initial moments in the room quite uncomfortable given Malacca’s climate. There was also a strong smell of painting.

The hotel is a bit removed from Malacca’s city center but still within walking distance. The triple room was spacious with very comfortable bedding, and we all had a pleasant night.

I like the reception on the 3rd floor , wide place with many seats for people to rest and the ground floor too very wide with available seats for customers to rest while waiting for their transportation, downstairs & reception very privacy, breakfast near to lift and reception well layout, rooms are clean and spacious, bathroom spacious are acceptable , the beds are very comfortable and my groups love it,I oftenly stayed in this hotel when I visited Malacca 👍

We arrived at the hotel around 1pm, managed to chk in straight away...👍 I requested for late chk out ...was granted by the helpful staff on 18/5 ...I stay for 2 nights 16/5 to 18/5...
