Bed arrangement. Prefer / suggest to arrange 1 queen & 1 single bed in each room. Lighting is not enough. No light in the closet and room lights are not covered in the whole room (master room). Also night light are to bright & can't adjust their dimming. The mini bar chiller temperature was not chill enough. Swimming pools need to do maintenance services. There are a lot of tiles peeling off either in kids pools or adult pools.

Views from the living room corridor & room window are superb. Can view the sunset. Unfortunately the window in the bedrooms can't open to have fresh air in the morning.

A lot of facilities in the villa such as jacuzzi cant be used, no dish soap available, in house telephone also broken

The room is a bit scary, although nothing happened but the vibes giving us a scary vibes at night.

I love the breakfast at the resort, since my sons both are having a tournament there it is convenient to all of us. The food was good and nothing to complain. I appreciate the staff called me to reconfirm to make up my room. The place is clean too.

The apartment no lift and I need to carry my daughter to 3 Rd floor whenever I going up.

The wi-fi issue haven't resolved since my last stay.Quite dissapointed with that.The breakfast menu can be improved.Since im a regular visitor every year since 2016 i didnt see much changes in the breakfast menu and the room service menu.The jaguzzi look not so comfortable to use. Can have any indoor games rooms for guest.

It is very calm environement/ property with privacy. Room service /house keeping is good.

❤️ 1. No WiFi 2. There is no room service, but the reception is to give me reason because of Puasa time. It's not fair because before the book, I checked with reception, had room service, or no brought kids, but they said have, went there they said No because time.

Wish there was wifi connection

Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Staff at breakfast place were very attentive and helpful. Villa and pool were clean

We arrived there by 11 pm and after checking in and making the payment, we got lost and couldn't reach our villa easily and after asking the receipt ion to guide us, they only showed us on the map and the main road was closed so we still not able to reach our villa. There is no one to guide us there. At the end we spent two hours until we found our villa. I don't like the smell of the old furniture in the living room. Toilets need maintenance because the floor is lower than the drain hole so the floor of the toilets are all the time full of water which is not comfortable.

Too far from the main reception and other facilities. Good to have a car with you all the time. Shuttle service only starts at 8:00 am. A bit difficult to find a taxi if we need to go anywhere and did cause a bit of stress on the last day while leaving for airport.

The property was good. Old but clean. Does need a few repairs here and there but overall quiet and comfortable. The pool was also clean. Good service. Very helpful staff. The outlet has good dining and shopping options.

The elevator was really really scary and the hallway was really dark. Loud thumping noises can be heard around 10pm when we were going to bed.
