Location is good.

The house is not maintain and it became gloomy. The picture posted in the booking.com is not as per reality. Please improve and give genuine post about the place.

It was a quick walk to the beach from this home. The room was clean and the bathroom had an enclosed shower which we like. There was plenty of dishes and cups and refrigerator space along with cooking equipment. There was a large washing machine and plenty room to dry the clothes. There are inside community areas along with beautiful outside areas to sit and relax.

The villa was clean 👍 very cozy & comfy interior, fresh new look just nice for us 4adults n 1baby. Spacious room & kitchen. Kitchen is very well equipped. Balconi for lepak 😁 value for money. Will come back again.

The room was spacious with a big balcony.

The water was taking some time to get hot.

Room is spacious and comfortable, bed is nice, comfy and with clean sheets. Shower is good. House is spacious and clean. There are facilities to cook. Everything is well signed and organised. Perfect location, very close to the beach, restaurants and mini mart. Not far is even a pharmacy, a wet market, supermarket... There is a parking slot indoors.

The only thing that could have made logistics easier is a second remote to enter the house, as sometimes the family splits and logistically it gets tricky with one single way to enter.

Location is easy to find and within walking distance to public transportation and amenities, also located at beach front that is clean and nice view makes it worth to stay here. Villa is very homely and good for big family gathering with seniors and children too.

Blanket is too thin, thicker comforter will be excellent to sleep with.

Very convenient near bus and close to restaurants and beach. Owner is friendly and helpful. Room was large and comfortable. Washing machine was a real plus. And good value. Secure locks on door.

Good-sized room with very comfortable beds and a great balcony - good size and you can see the sea (between the high-rise buildings surrounding the villa). Very friendly and helpful staff. Useful to have use of a washing machine and communal fridge, and nice to have coffee, bread etc available..

'Beach front' isn't quite accurate as the building is separated from the beach by a high-rise apartment block. It is very close though, just don't expect to step off a terrace and feel the sand between your toes. A pool to dive into after a hot day walking would have been perfect!

Location was good, easy to get to the nice beaches at Teluk Bahang and Batu Feringgi.

Great rooms, the bathroom is awesome. The location is next to Tanjung Bungah beach, within 200-300m. Very well maintained property. The host is available whenever needed. Parking space available for 3 cars. The main Batu Ferrringhi beach is 5-6km away. There's a Family Mart nearby

Everything is self service, which is not a bad thing. But I would recommend daily room service for room cleaning. This is not a complaint, but a recommendation to enhance the services.
