Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

SingaporeRoom without windows make the room feel stuffy even the toilet without window ventilation. The toilet is quite small and dirty. Need to do some maintenance work for the part of toilet showerhead is already rusty. The cleanliness need to improve as housekeeping did not clear the bin at all throughout a few day.
A few eatery choices nearby outside hotel which is just a short distance to dropby

SingaporeA door shud be constructed between the reception and ground floor rooms entrance. This is to avoid the noises created by the staff at the reception area. Their laughter and talks irritates and disturbed my sleep. Also when the staff cleans the check-out rooms , their makes so much noises with the banging of doors and communication!!!

MalaysiaThe room where I stayed overnight in the hotel is 909, on the second level of the building. I was troubled by the strong smell in the room, I wouldn't say it was smelly but it was like a chemical artificial fragrance which I don't appreciate for having it. I opted for a room with a no-smoking sign but I did smell a minor cigarette smoke (but it was just for a very short period so it was still bearable to me). The light in the room is too dim (because they are all warm yellow light bulbs) so I have an eyesore when reading for a long time. Since the table is not big enough, it will be better to have a chair in the room. I realised this when I wanted to sit and have dinner in the room. If the guests have no choice but to sit on the bed to eat, the bed get stained easily when they accidentally spill their food or beverage. The bed is clean (with no hair or dust) when I check but the bed sheet has some watermark, especially on the quilt or coverlet on the bed. However, the bed is very comfortable to sleep on. No toilet paper is provided in the bathroom, but I'm not sure if you'd be able to request it at the counter in the lobby (but it is not an issue for me as I brought mine). I didn't use the electric kettle in the room because the heating kettle element is rusted. You can go downstairs and use the hot water dispenser in the hallway outside the hotel lobby to brew yourself a cup of coffee. Lastly, if you want to stay here, try not to travel with a huge bag as the hotel does not have an elevator.
The receptionist and the hygiene technicians were friendly because they smiled at the guest as a greeting. I didn't switch on the air conditioner because the room with the wall fan was chilly. The hotel is very close to Terminal Larkin Sentral so if you are looking for a place that allows you more time to prepare before checking out and moving to the next destination, this will be a suitable place. The room where I stayed overnight in the hotel is 909, on the second level of the building. There is no window in the room, but exhaust fans in the room and bathroom. The hotel provided shampoo, body wash, a toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. There are wall hooks in the bathroom and the room. There was only one hanger but a clothes rack was provided. I was surprised when I saw a small refrigerator in the room. The room was chilly even when I didn't switch on the air conditioner (maybe it was raining heavily when I stayed for a night). I didn't use the television, air conditioning, small refrigerator or water heater throughout my day at the hotel, so I can't speak how well they worked. I had a great time in the room because I wasn't disturbed by any noises. Three electrical sockets are available in the room, one near the bed and the other two near the table. There is no unpleasant chlorine odour in the water, and the water pressure is good.
