Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

SpainOk for the price we paid we weren’t expecting 5 stars. Staff were lovely and the rooms adequate. No aircon. The fan was loud and we had to put in earplugs. Good location for Larkin which is why we booked it. You get what you pay for so it was okay in this respect

GermanyI didnt like that the single rooms are really small. and the walls were painted in partly blue instead in complete white. Its a big hotel a bit older.... 150 rooms, so you get what you pay. my sheets had holes, but they changed the sheets quickly after I asked them too. the stuff was very hepful and friendly. the single rooms could be 10 RM cheaper, than I think it woule be the right price.

Very nice and helpful ladies at reception. Also members of maintenance team who tried to repair a lock in my room door (unsuccessfully) were ok. I got a new room within 1 hour.
