The check in procedure could be a lot better. It took so long for the person in front of me, nearly 15 minutes. Unacceptably long for a check in process.

My stay was lovely. I love the pool and how close it is to the beach. The bed and pillows was comfortable. I will definitely come again. Variety of foods during breakfast but the taste could be better.

The hotel is located quite a distance from the city center. As Penang is well-known for its food attractions, most of which are in town, getting there can take longer than usual, especially during peak hours.

First of all, the hotel was lovely with good facilities, and the kids really enjoyed it. The room was comfortable, and housekeeping provided great service, always responding promptly to any requests. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food offered a wide variety, allowing us to enjoy different cuisines. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable.

The hotel is aged, the decoration seems old.

A lots of facilities, swimming pool is good. Breakfast is full of varieties and taste good. Staff is nice.

Our main complaint was Overcrowding at Breakfast time. We had to queue to get a table. I believe it was lack of staff to clean tables, for next patron. Also anyone could wander in for Breakfast. Next time I would not include Breakfast in the booking, as it was not policed correctly. There are plenty of other places to eat. Gym was a bit small. Cocktails were wishy washy, scrimped on the alcohol.

Location was perfect, room was great, pool was great, service was great..Even the Monkeys came to greet us one day on our balcony which was a highlight. Breakfast was exceptional. Compliments to the Chef.

not much activities such as games, beach soccer.. beach volleyball.. other games. I did not play, but I like to see it as an entertainment.

I’m not happy couz i did order before more then month to have room on nice view on rhe pool.. BUT they did not.. they give me room in bad view. That’s why i’m not happy.

The pillow in my room - 2 were fluffy but another 2 were so flat like no filling at all

Everything was good and enjoyable.

The pools were fantastic, just the right temperature to walk in and out without being too cold at any point, and cool enough to be refreshing. Our six year old grandson loved the water slides and the tipping bucket in the kids area. The buffet breakfast was also great with everything imaginable available, a big variety of international foods and juices, and I loved the coffee machines. Our room was spacious even with the single size murphy bed is use. It was lovely having all toiletries supplied too. And lovely views over the pool area.

It was very crowded. The breakfast buffet always had queues. The pool seemed to be full at all times of the day. The location is far from the central Georgetown city, so if you want to explore more of Georgetown this might not be the most ideal location.

The rooms were spacious and being located right at the beach made it an ideal spot for a getaway in Penang.

I have noticed Cockroaches on the lobby and died one in the room. Lot of small monkeys roaming over the lobby’s roof and on the balcony.

Location and staff especial thanks to Mr Othman from reception. Also the breakfast has many choices and thanks also to staff who’s were very helpful .
