I don't like the parking.. it quite cozy.. it hard to find parking near entrance. The room light is too low. When it dark, the room also become dark.. not enough lighting.

I like the location.. it near every attraction in Melaka.. the room quite big.. it good for my family.

Seems a little further out from the tourist areas than other hotels but there are some big malls a short taxi ride away (or walk if you are feeling brave, Melaka can be rather warm).

Was there during Ramadan so breakfast was very quiet but still plenty of choice, room was a good size with a desk for the PC except the black glass top causes trouble for the opto mouse.

- the breakfast spread is not as per what we expected. Read very good review for the breakfast but we didnt think the reviews are accurate, at least in our opinion.

- size of the room. It was soo spacious. I didnt expect it to be that large. - the hospitality. We left charger at room, they were so kind to post it back to us - the bathroom size and decoration. Although it would be better if we have bathtub. - the location of the hotel. Quite near to the famous attractions, so you can just book grab for rm5/6 from the hotel.

Room - I can see got few hair on the side table. The kettle a lil bit smelly and unclean as there is dirt come out when water boiling. Lucky I see before I make coffee.

Staff tried to slip me a different room that what I had booked. Before that they claimed that the hotel was fully booked. Only when i put my foot down and pointed out that the room that I had booked and the room that they gave me were different did they change my room. I had also asked for a room on a high floor many days in advance but they it did not seem like they cared enough to look into my request.

1. Housekeeping cleaned my room and took the dirty towels. Only he/she forgot to replace it. It took more than 40 min for housekeeping to send the replacement. 2. The room were not very clean. They should vacuum the carpet before the new tenant gets in. 3. The ramp to parking were a bit too narrow 4. The gym was under maintenance

Appreciate you guys change the bedsheet and blanket frequently. I feel so itchy and got rashes. I’m not sure did you guys ever vacuum the bed. I couldn’t sleep with the bed.

The bed and pillow was stinking. The bathroom tiles has something growing. Need more attention on cleaning. Adding some fragrance in room could be makw the room smell good.

The room was very big, the bed extremely comfortable and breakfast was very good. The location is quite close to the center of Malacca.

We stayed in this hotel as my husband was attending a conference. As much as I liked the staff and room, I would not necessarily recommend it for a family with young kids. It is mostly a business hotel with no playgrounds or things to do with kids within the facility. The swimming pool area, though nice on paper, needs a little renovation, in my opinion. Changing room and shower are really old/outdated, tiles missing, rust here and there.

We came as a family of 6, with 6 kids of age 8,5 and 2. They upgraded us to a premiere suite which was very convenient and spacious. Staff was very friendly with kids and helped a lot when needed. Breakfast was offering a variety of savoury and sweet options. Could improve in the beverage section, with a coffee machine that provides more options than just americano.

They deducted the entire amount of my stay two days before my arrival which was quite out of line. You should take this up with the management and also let me know why they did this.
