Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. MalaysiaThe mattress was uncomfortable, and the water from the heater was rather cold. The water heater is not working. However, staff was helpful on these issues and willing to change the room.
Very convinently located and easy access to food n attractions. Ample parking as it was weekdays. Staff polite and check-in/ out were straightforward. Room is clean and simple.

MalaysiaIt's a quiet street but the walls are a little thin. So you can definitely hear the louder vehicles in traffic. Your neighbours in the other rooms can also be heard through the walls/door. That being said it's not too loud.
It was CHEAP. Very cheap. Water pressure was good and the room was not too cramped even at the price. Walking distance to Jonker street is nice too. Ample parking if you're driving here. Everything I saw was clean.

SingaporeThe sink.. Incredibly, the sink is built so high that I have to tip-toe (being at 5ft 2 inch) for my washing. No fridge and close up mirror.
The location is good. Nearby all the tourist attractions. Room is spacious, clean and simple. Got hair dryer. The staff at the counter are wonderful and made us feel welcome. Happy that they have their own carpark,

At my height, my blouse got wet after a face wash. Easily settled cos they have a hair dryer. For others.. all fixtures like cabinet handles.. ..even toilet paper holder are loose. TV not working - no channel. Aircon filter- Dirty,
The location allowed us to venture along the riverbank so easily. Hence, i would say thumbs up on the location. Opposite cafe, Siang Chang cafe's food was very delicious! Am fussy on toasted bread. I must say, it was really delicious. Spicy noodle delicious too. Must go early..very crowded and long que. Nearby got Big Pharmacy (quite a big outlet! ) and a nice simple Nyonya cafe. Nyonya cafe was affordable and delicious too ! Room- Water really very strong and heater system is good ! Aircon is cold.
