We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

MalaysiaI booked the room specifically for my parent. Expected to be able to enjoy the beach hence booked the sea view room. Unfortunately need to use stairs to get to the beach so my dad was not able to enjoy much since he use the wheel chair. The room was far so my ederly mom had to walk quite a distance to get to the room. Eventually my parent swap room with my sister so all good i guess. But it is not what they expected it to be. The hotel facilities is more sutaitable for the young one.
