The staff was rude. When we arrived, he was angry because we didn’t pick up his call at 1 a.m. At that time, we were on the bus because it was delayed, so we rested and didn’t realize he called. The day before check-in, we had already called the hotel to confirm the latest check-in time, and they told us it was 5 a.m. We arrived at exactly 4 a.m. due to the delay, which was still before the cut-off time. Despite this, the staff threatened to sell our rooms just because we didn’t answer his call while we were on the bus. What did he expect when calling someone at that hour, especially since it was still within the check-in period?

the surrounding around the hotel wass tooo dirty. with lot of rubbish everywhere and dog like a footbal team.

This hotel use disposable towel, so better bring your own. Or else can ask at reception, with extra charge ofcoz. The room is non soundproof. Can heard others screaming on midnight & morning. Crazy guest maybe 😂

Worth for money, great facilities. Ground floor room so no need to walk up. Tv have netflix. Water heater & aircond well function.

The shower water heater turned to cold after a few seconds, morning cold shower. the room has a door to the renovating area upstairs without a lock, afraid construction worker may simply come in. Water came out from the bathroom to the room floor. The water hose knob keeps falling. Help to arrange the room for some space for muslim customer to pray in the room. I'm not complaining but need the management to repair and take note before the next customer comes for improvement purposes. Tq so much

Cleaniness of bathroom and Toilet Bowl. Bathroom edges not clean - more and more dark spots along the corner and edges. Toilet bowl upper part beneath the rim not clean - if leave it too long not clean later it will have some bad smell and so on. This comment is for Hotel's owner to take note and maintain the room good and new.
