The bathroom sink needed some hand soap. Toilet paper needed replenishment everyday as we ran out after the second day. But the front desk was quick to supply them when we asked for a toilet roll. We had difficulty opening and closing the tight fitting glass door below the stairs that scraped the floor and door frame. I hurt my fingers trying to push open the glass door whilst holding down the door handle. I would suggest that the door be fixed properly to enable guests to open and close the door easily. It is noisy because the bedroom faces the main road especially in the morning.

Welcoming and helpful staff especially Irfan and Shafiq. Thanks to them for answering all my queries even late in the evening. We were happy with the amenities and the service. The bath towels were changed everyday, bottled water was supplied and the apartment was serviced. The location was good with street food across the road and walking distance to eateries nearby.

Noise from the street made it hard to sleep. Bedroom is a bit dark.

Bedroom faces the road so very noisy. Not ideal for light sleeper if you are considering this place. I am a deep sleeper but I found myself waking up early because of the noise. During the night after mid night until early morning (like 6am) it was ok for me.

Spacious place with all the amenities provided even a small kitchen and washing machine. Great to have a washing machine there so we wouldn't end up with a mountain of dirty clothes coming home.

Can be a bit noisy as it faces the main road. TV reception can be problematic. Need to keep rebooting the digital signal. No soap for hand wash in the toilet. Suggest to put a liquid hand wash.

Still hope the hotel to use a different model of washing machine because dryer is more efficient if used in separate machine compared to combined with washer. And the cleaner i think only clean the room + bathroom and skip the living room area during housekeeping.

The staff are very attentive to your needs. Just a ws away if anything. There was an issue with the washing machine but can change room.

It can be a bit noisy during the day as the unit is next to a busy road. Nevertheless, it is not a big problem, and with all the good amenities provided, it can easily counteract the noise heard.

I love the hotel's location, which is in the heart of Georgetown. Everything is within walking distance. Nasi Kandar, roti canai, cute cafes, and bookshops are all just minutes away from the hotel. The unit is well equipped with basic kitchen facilities, thick, comfortable towels, a good air conditioning system, and it is well-secured. My kids enjoyed staying in the unit as it is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Suitable for family travelling, and we would definitely love to come back again.

The light at the stairs could not be switched off and was told that is a safety feature. There is a short flight of stairs to climb up as well.

The guest room was renovated from colonial era shophouse and had all the modern fittings such as air-con, shower, kitchenette and washing machine. The room was spacious and comfortable

There was a bad drainage smell occasionally that may be associated with the air con. TV wasn't smart and just had basic channels.

Aircon at the living room was weak.. just blowing warm air.. we all had to sit in room to cool down. Need to check on that Admin!

Location was spot on.. a great coffee place just round the corner. then famous halal char kuateow also walking distance. and 2 mamak shop across each street. you wont be hungry!!
