Bedroom faces the road so very noisy. Not ideal for light sleeper if you are considering this place. I am a deep sleeper but I found myself waking up early because of the noise. During the night after mid night until early morning (like 6am) it was ok for me.

Spacious place with all the amenities provided even a small kitchen and washing machine. Great to have a washing machine there so we wouldn't end up with a mountain of dirty clothes coming home.

Can be a bit noisy as it faces the main road. TV reception can be problematic. Need to keep rebooting the digital signal. No soap for hand wash in the toilet. Suggest to put a liquid hand wash.

It can be a bit noisy during the day as the unit is next to a busy road. Nevertheless, it is not a big problem, and with all the good amenities provided, it can easily counteract the noise heard.

I love the hotel's location, which is in the heart of Georgetown. Everything is within walking distance. Nasi Kandar, roti canai, cute cafes, and bookshops are all just minutes away from the hotel. The unit is well equipped with basic kitchen facilities, thick, comfortable towels, a good air conditioning system, and it is well-secured. My kids enjoyed staying in the unit as it is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Suitable for family travelling, and we would definitely love to come back again.

The light at the stairs could not be switched off and was told that is a safety feature. There is a short flight of stairs to climb up as well.

The guest room was renovated from colonial era shophouse and had all the modern fittings such as air-con, shower, kitchenette and washing machine. The room was spacious and comfortable

There was a bad drainage smell occasionally that may be associated with the air con. TV wasn't smart and just had basic channels.

Aircon at the living room was weak.. just blowing warm air.. we all had to sit in room to cool down. Need to check on that Admin!

Location was spot on.. a great coffee place just round the corner. then famous halal char kuateow also walking distance. and 2 mamak shop across each street. you wont be hungry!!

Hutton Central is a very comfortable place to stay. The room is more like an apartment with plenty of space and facilities like a fridge, washing machine etc. Note: people complain about the reception not being occupied but the staff communicate very reliably via WhatsApp. There is plenty of noise from the street, but that is to be expected for a downtown location in Asia. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was beginning to show some wear. Some missing flecks of paint on the walls, a chip in the flooring, a large stain on the seat of the couch, and so on. The bum gun in the bathroom leaked, but it was easy to turn the water to the hose off between uses, so not a great problem. There was nobody in the property's office during our stay, so we had to communicate via WhatsApp with the staff, including sending them a message when we were 10-15 minutes away on arrival. That could be troublesome if a traveler did not have phone service arranged before arrival. We were there during Ramadan so they may have been running on fewer staff than normal, but response times were good nevertheless.

The room was in a great downtown location with many restaurants, a bakery, and several mini-marts nearby. We did not have a car so we either walked or took Grab to go everywhere and it worked great. The main living space was large and we spent a lot of time at the dining table or on the couch during the warmer parts of the day. The bedroom was separate so if one of us got up early we did not bother the other. The combo washer/drawer was great to have as well. The room had a good shower and a decent-size bathroom as well.

The property is along the road side if don't mind the traffic noise . Need to carry your luggage up the stairs.

The property is clean and updated with good kitchen facilities. Bathroom clean with good shower pressure. Aircon works fine and quiet. Large spacious room. Large bed with soft and comfortable pillows. Most of the eateries and places of interest are within walking distance if don't mind the traffic otherwise you call a Grab taxi which is the most convenient way to move around the town and the fare is reasonable. The staff Seyviar Lam and team were very helpful and nice. Check in was smooth and they allow me to check in early. Communication is through "whatsapp" and the response is fast.

It took a while to get used to the traffic noise as our room was right next to the crossroad junction and the motorbikes were very noisy but we were expecting some noise as its a busy city.

The property was spacious. Bed comfortable. Sufficient clothing storage space. Washer/dryer was really good as we were halfway through our 3.5 week holiday and in need of some clean washing. Bathroom very nice. A great base to explore the area. There was a lovely gift of 2 oranges and an envelope with 2 chocolate coins to celebrate Chinese New Year left on the dining table to welcome us which was very thoughtful.
