Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. MalaysiaMake sure if your booking of hotel room got window, then make sure to ask for it. Don't just settle for non-window room if the reception told to, cuz man that room sucked and depressed-feel man. Maybe in our case, it's technical issue or something, overall the front desk agreed to change our room to original booked one. So no issue, everyone happy. Nothing can't be solved.
Nice location, literally in front of Mamak. Walking distance to 24 hr self help laundry as well. Got Seven-E too and really close to Mahkota Parade itself like 10 mins drive. The parking space also full of parking spots. Overall the feel of the hotel room met our expectations and it's so worth of the money spent. All of my children slept well including us parents. If you're looking for quite comfortable hotel stay within affordable budget for your stay in Melaka, I'd recommend this hotel. Honest ni bro!

MalaysiaThe hotel room do not hv sound proof window. It was quiet noisy at night with cars and bikes sound. The room floor a bit worn out. Furthermore, the ceiling hallway to the room was on maintenace and there was trapped smell too.
The location was good. Parking was easy at the back of the hotel. It took abt 7 mins by car to Bandar Hilir, Dataran Pahlawan, Mahkota Parade etc.
