Parking not provided, need to park at own cost RM 8 per day or pay every time in and out. Should consider to get the parking waive for hotel guess. However, you can park far apart with walking distant for free.

Good Location, there is Econsave Hypermarket and Mc Donald within walking distance which very convenience. There are also shop lot within 2 mins driving distance from the hotel, easy to get food.

Busy junction so would be noisier. No lifts to go up to 2nd floor. I have heavy bags...but luckily help is nearby.

Location was excellent for eating out in various restaurants around there.

There is no lift, the stairs are quite steep for elderly people although they have workers to help carry up the bags. Only two very small bottles of water in the room - in Malaysia I think can give slightly bigger bottles because weather is so hot. No windows in some rooms, not really an issue but does make it a bit claustrophobic.

The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and staff is friendly and helpful. It’s newly renovated so everything is still clean and nice. Towels are white and clean. The hotel has single room (for 1) with a comfy super single bed although room is a bit small but it’s ok.

1. On the 2nd day, my room was filled with smoking smells, I have no ideas where the smells came from, probably is through the air-conditioning as I only smells it when I switched on the air-cond. 2. Maybe can add on some special rate for parking.

The first day when I arrived, the shower pipe was broken & I had launched a complaint to front desk staff. She quickly called the maintenance department and problem solved within 1 hour time. Thank you. 😊

No chairs to eat in the room. Need to pay for parking. Rm8 1 day. If u going out before 8 am the day after tomorrow, no need to pay parking. At night, they just open the gate until 8.00 am tommorow. The locations bit tricky, no signboard but hotel beside Hospital Ar-Ridhwan.

I like the spacious room. Requsted for twin bed. Surprisingly single bed was large, bed and pillow was super comfortable. Decorations also quite good. Good sleep. Easy access to town. Clean toilet. Powerful shower. All the things looks new. I feel comfortable staying there

There was no receptionist available at night, and no one answered when I called the contact number provided by the hotel. Additionally, there was no wardrobe or hangers in the room, which makes it quite inconvenient for guests staying longer, especially those on business trips.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and well-maintained.

No lift. We need to climb 4 stairs to get to our room with luggage and all our stuff. Not recommended for unwell & unfit guests. Our TV is not working, tried texting the staff numbers all not responsive so we stayed in for 2 nights in silence. Receptionists are not always available at the counter, so we just have to accept what we get. I stayed for 2 nights, they didn’t clean the room at all.

Can hear the sound of raining loud in the room Staff didn't give instructions about main door tag...no one came even after pressing the main door bell. Was left standing outside very long time Ask for water bottle but Staff never came to the room to give the water bottle No hotel sign
