We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

MalaysiaThe furniture seemed to be outdated and worn-out. The beds weren't the best condition, though acceptable. It lacked a homey cosy feeling that I expected, the host could definitely upgraded the utensils and furniture there in the future.
The location was perfect. It was near to so many stores that covered what the apartment itself lacked. The cleanliness of the property wasn't up to par, but the room itself was satisfactory.
