Extremely plain resort for the price point. Plus the bed sheets were stained with blood. Toilet/washroom was also below average for cleanliness

Not hygienist, the carpet the toilet floor still got a lot of sands and dust ,toilet bowl is not clean enough cannot flush, a lots of hair left over the bed , one of the bed frame was broken

First, the staff (Front desk) is not expecting us to come bc, there's no one at reception when we arrive there ..and, there's no greetings at all..also, there's no explanation about the facilities there which can be used or no ..the pool can't be used but, there's no information at web site ..also, there's no broom at our room and , they haven't change our bed sheets as well since ,we stayed 2 nights..no hair dryer at room as well ..

the location was nice but the staff not friendly, didnt even greet when checkin and there is no thankyou upon checkout and didnt smile at all. the facilities also not in a great condition. there is some bad smell when we entered the room. the bucket in the bathroom broke and the spare pillow smell bad.

I booked family room for 4 people which i satisfied with the space it is spacious and comfortable. The room, toilet is clean. Clean towel, basic toiletries is provided such as shampoo, shower gel, lotion and etc. the coffee sachet and also mineral water also provided. My booking is included the breakfast, the breakfast is delicious and on time serve. The location also great it is right beside the main road but it is not noisy and not jammed. The journey from jetty to this resort take around 15 minutes by motorcycle. The worker also very responsive and done a great job from the front desk to the housekeeping worker. I will definitely will repeat again to stay here when i come to Pangkor in future and will recommend this resort to my friends.

the room condition is bad,the bed is not comfortable the bathroom is narrow, small water pressure. difficult to wash anything. Family room is cramped. not suitable for family actually. not worth the money paid for this room. can get the better room at teluk nipah with this price.

1 Horrible toilet, it was stinky, low water pressure, flush was not working properly n etc 2 Extra bed was very thin 3 TV was not working 4 Coffee cups were full with ants 5 No space to hang wet clothes 6 Bedsheets were not washed. It was stained 7 Breakfast was poor in taste and selection. They only open for 1hr 30mins, 8 to 930am with no refill 8 No pool bench for resting and no water supply at pool area for wash up

NOT RECOMMENDED to stay here, with this pricing I can top-up 50bucks for more comfy one! I don’t understand why can get good reviews! cleanliness 👎🏼 : toilet still has hair on toilet bowl, ceiling with spider web, pillow cases look like never change for thousand years. and pillows’ condition are like those i just send into recycle bin. The bathroom is also in a lousy condition with pipping around, making us not having the mood to shower, tiles and flooring of bathroom also dilapidated, rag outside the bathroom door is the nanny type not water absorbing cloth just simply place there. gosh! if there is no more passion operating the place, please just let go and close it!

It’s time for a makeover as the furnitures r old and the outdoor shower for the swimming pool needs cleaning and maintenance of the faucets

Its location, quiet, peaceful and within a short walking distance to the sea. Many eateries nearby n a duty free shop nearby
