Location was great for a short stay. A walking distance to a few places....especially food places. Staff were great. I had contacted to inquire about a late check in due to delay in our travels and the staff where very helpful and understanding. We checked in fine and were assigned to our room asap.

Aircon in our first room was not working well and the toilet was abit too small. We requested a change in room and the hotel staff immediately gave us a new room. We really like the new room. The aircon in the new room was cold and the toilet was bigger

All staffs welcomed us with a smile, very attentive as well as very helpful. We like that the hotel was very clean, the rooms were modern and well maintained. House keeping did a great job keeping our room clean, smelling fresh and our belongings organised. Wifi was working well with no laggings. TV had a many channels to choose from. Breakfast had a good variety of western, local dishes including fruits, salads to choose at the buffet. We loved that we could order breakfast eggs to our liking. Desserts we loved especially were the carrot cake, chocolate fudge and pandan coconut kuih.

Although there was a good selection of things for breakfast i didn't like it myself. I think they (understandably) cater more for Asian customers and the breakfast was not so good for European customers . As another reviewer said the juice options for breakfast were disappointing

Traffic noise at night could be loud if you opened the windows. But with AC it was ok.

Comfortable room. The elevators were a bit slow. Close to dozens of small and medium local restaurants plus several coin-operated washing shops.

I booked a 3 ppl room but receptionist said that level is unavailable due to maintenance issue , then they have changed a bigger room with sofa for us to cater 3 of us , one have to use to sofa …but anyhow they solved the issue for us , staff are kind and friendly , glad to staying here , buffet is good as well , everyday is different menu

No ventilation in the corridors between the lifts and the rooms.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, the hotel is a short drive away from the waterfront but there were a lot of restaurants around the hotel location so finding a place to eat was easy.

Excellent amenities. Great-powered shower. Surprisingly good bed. Good central location, close to a lot of eateries and the beach. Good noodle soup at breakfast.

No hotel parking. But it is quite easy to find one after 6 or 7pm, when you are back from shopping/dinner. So not too bad.

Breakfast spread was very decent for such price. Better than most hotels at those price range. Location was excellent. Staff were very courteous.
