there was no cleaning service. stayed for a week and a cleaner coming by at least twice to replenish toilet rolls, tissues, clean towels etc would have been perfect when we pay this much.

the apartment was great and comfortable. all amenities were included like washing machine, cooking utensils, extra pillow, iron, etc.

I think I was expecting more of a hotel-type environment so I was shocked that there was no hot water to wash dishes and a caliphont to heat shower water. The shower leaked constantly and got worse during our stay.

Compact. Close to work. Near to workmates. Very close to Mydin. The pool here is fabulous.

The bed was a bit too firm for my taste, almost uncomfortable but for the price it was fine. Chairs in dining area were very basic and sofa was very low for someone my height (188cm)

Good location, high up, da men, Mydin and Sunway pyramid nearby. Good rates, spacious for what you pay for.

Everything ok . Luxury renovation unexceptional. Worth for money . Just one thing need to improve which is toilet shower . The water 💦 like stuck come out with little water . Overall everything is good

That the cleaning was done only once a week and it was not thorough. The bathroom and kitchen were not clean. The toilet was stained and scum all over the place. The kitchen sink also needed a good scrub. The blind in the single room did not keep the very bright security light out making it hard to sleep at night. Crockery and cutlery were soooo wanting. We ended up eating out and ordering which turned out to be expensive.

It was quiet and convenient and close to the places I was visiting. So it was easy getting transport. Nice TV and beautiful view of the City. Safe environment. The rate was Pocket friendly.

The washing machine didn’t function well on the 3rd day and 4th day – the laundry was wet at the end of the wash! The shower water pressure was not strong enough. One of the two stoves couldn’t start a fire! The 2nd bedroom had a large window through which people in the corridor could peep despite having a see-through curtain! As a result we had to squeeze into the master room.

It was neat, clean and quiet.

Doesn’t look like the pictures portrayed. Free parking was not provided and the guest parking is very expensive. Also it was hard to contact the host plus some of my requests like wanting to check in early due to my flight landing time was ignored.

conveniently located next to big shopping mall Mydin. No problem to find food. Security is strict too. Owner provides towel, shower gel, shampoo, toilet roll, lots of plates and cutleries, microwave oven, fridge, washing machine. House is clean and air cond works wonderfully.

Everything is good, best, excellent and very pleasant stay except for the parking. If u came more than 1 car, u need to park in different level because they only provide 1 parking for residents and another car need to park at basement for visitors but u only get 1 access card.

Nice play to stay with great view and environment. Room was clean, wide and tidy. Got bathtub in masterbed, big refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, iron with board. But for muslim, there’s no sejadah and qiblat arrow for reference.

WE FOUND COCKROACH IN THE BED AND CARPET. ROOM FOR 3 PERSON BUT NOT SUFFICIENT TOWELS & SUPPLIES. BODY SHAMPOO IS FINISHING AND WE NEED TO BUY FOR OUR OWN. 3 LIGHT BULBS WERE ABOUT TO BLOW OFF IN ROOM AND TOILET

Despite the positives, it was noticed that the apartment was quite old and not managed well. The kitchen fan was dusty and the taps were rusting as well. As a result one of the taps broke off during our stay. This was brought to the attention of the individual who was in charge however, they did not reply to our text messages at all. Thus we had to make do with minimal water, and it was a hassle to use the toilet in anyway.

The room was rather spacious, and well designed. It was very easy to collect the keys as well as to check out. The location made it quite easy to access facilities near the apartment.
