The night that I stayed, there was a function maybe at the hotel restaurant located maybe above my room. And the noise of its live band was so loud and I don't think that the hall is sound proof. It was really loud and it disturbed my stay.

I like the room and the value for money. The location is also convenient for family travel as there are lots of eating area nearby.

The pillow is thin and smells abit.

Not a kind of luxury but it was worth for a night stay as we have wedding event nearby. Comfortable to sleep, water pressure is good. Water heater works great. Aircon seems new and working very well. Super Friendly staffs and housekeeper at the counter during checking and and out.

While my stay at the hotel had its positives, there were a few things I didn’t like. There were no glasses provided in the room, only a single plastic jug, which felt inconvenient. The power sockets were poorly placed—only located behind the TV and not near the bed, making it less practical for charging devices. At night, it was quite noisy outside, and at times, the sounds were unsettling, almost like someone trying to open the door, which disturbed my sleep. These issues could be improved for a better guest experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is very strategic and easy to find, making it convenient for travelers. There’s plenty of parking available, which is a big plus. The room was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. On top of that, the price is affordable, offering great value for money.

Some not-related persons knock on doors around midnight or about two in the morning to see any prostitution, which annoys those who don't have the right mentality and professionalism. This is not the issue of the hotel; just some people think and are doing too much.

Just stay 1 night after the job interview, great with the lobby check-in and check-out services, bringing my parents for sightseeing around the hotel area; walking distance can get many Malay foods; for morning Chinese food, we need to drive about 8 minutes for the typical Chinese breakfast, e.g., soup noodles. Nearby walking distance have 2CO Eco Shop, fast food restaurant, groceries, etc.

No lift from lobby to front door/ receptionist. A bit difficult if you bring your old parents or anyone that have knee problem. Lift available for higher level/floors.

Friendly staff, give us extra 1 hour for check out. Really appreciate that. Next to Tomyam restaurant, and small food stall's (night). Near to Eco Shop, PETRONAS, and other shops. Easy parking.
