The location near to jetty mersing. Stay one night before taking ferry the next morning. Fair enough with the price paid.

Double room but only giving a cup. Request to have one more to use. Keep replying one room only one. No toilet paper. With this price we have normal toiletries but here no have. The bed totally different what picture is listed. The TV monitor blurry.

Towel not clean and SMELLY, Basin water leaking, shower water is very weak.

contact number call up nobody pickup which finally found out the check in counter is attached with the mamak restaurant. After check in, found out toilet basin is heavily leaking water and the room seems not clean up properly ( we check in around 830pm). When plan to take shower and found out the Towel is seems is not fully dry seems been used before and Soooo SMELLY. After complaint they change a "clean" towel and seems like is the towel is getting from their worker, after decide not to use it. The shower from water heater is weak but at least got hot water, but end up is using cold water to shower up myself. This hotel situated a prime location price to me is on the high side for this kind of quality and service.

It's passable for the price. The tv is not very functionalable.

The location is very near to Mersing jetty, just a few minutes walk. Is easily accessible to restaurants and convenience store.

I payed the tourist tax two times once by credit card the second time on arrival by cash. No respons of the owner after complaint via booking. Also by booking, I had a room with a view and the tried to give me a room without window. Keep the ventilator in the bathroom running otherwise bad odours reenter your room.

1) The hotel management wrongly put unfriendly customer person at the front desk. Never give smile to customer also never listening to customer complaint. 2) The 1st floor have bad smell at the waiting areas. This give no good fealing to the customer during dining at that area. 3) The toilet bowl also have the hole in the bottom and the Water Heater also cannot be use as expected. 4) During checkout time never hear the polite words from the front desk worker.

The man at reception was pretty rude, the bathroom was leaking everywhere, the bed wasn't very comfortable and sheets felt unclean. It was the only option at a decent price but otherwise wouldn't go for it...

Noisy,located on 1st floor of a 24 hours mamak restaurant.early morning the smell just like sleeping in a kitchen.

The scariest place I ever stay with. The receptionist was the foreign worker who also work at the mamak store downstairs the hotel. The walkway to the room was dark. The door latch lock was faulty. Lighting in the room was bad and the room was very smelly. The toilet was leaking and whole night with water dripping sound. Not recommended for female traveler especially if you are solo.
