breakfast was simple and good enough. location wise, it is near to places of interests and food is all around. walking around for food, shopping, amenities such as laundry, barber is no problem at all. overall, a good place to stay if you have a very small family.

Responsive service. They changed my room immediately after being told that the aircon was not cold despite setting at low temperature. They delivered an extra towel and a few toothbrush to us upon request. Very pleased with their service. Thank you.

The staff r friendly, the rooms also clean. The Hotel near to Beryl's chocolate shop, only opposite road and walk around 2-3min.

Rooms can be updated especially the walls that look very tired! Bathroom wash basins need the periodical declogging as water was draining very slowly.

Breakfast was mediocre. Anyway I am not much of a breakfast person but coffee is important and I could just walk out and get that. Cleaning staff excellent. Excellent location.

Parking is not big enough and a bit tight. A bit noisy when the housekeeping staffs are talking outside the room. The fridge and the safe box were not working. Other than that is fine.

Firstly, reasonable price. Decent size room with comfortable bed, clean and well maintained. Toilet and shower are in good condition. Friendly staffs. Good location, easy to get around. Restaurants and bars are nearby, less than 10 mins walk.

There was a small rack to hang clothes but otherwise no other storage space or shelves for clothes. Unfortunately as with many Malaysian hotels, there are no rooms with balconies.

The hotel is quite new and in a great location between Muntri and Chulia streets. It’s a very walkable location for the many sights and restaurants of George Town. The hotel was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve had in 2 months of travelling. The photos were accurate as to condition and size - I stayed in Cyan which is small but adequate for me as a solo traveller.

Our room was small & I wouldn’t have wanted to spend longer than one night there. I’m not a fussy eater, but the breakfast was disappointing.

The hotel is ideally located for visiting the Blue Mansion, the Protestant Cemetery & wandering around Georgetown soaking up the atmosphere, food & street art. We only stayed one night but the WiFi worked fine. We were provided with bottled water & there is a minimart opposite which was open late where we could buy water & beer. The air conditioned foyer was a good place to wait for our grab driver.

very narrow and limited parking space, 1 of the 3 rooms we book the air cond not cooling, and we had to change the room to lower floor and away from the family rooms as we got in the beginning, but it's ok as long as the room cooling down. some walls look either dirty or scratches maybe marks not sure.

One disappointed is they don’t have dressing table. We have use toilet mirror to make up.

Aware of people using the lift anc opening/closing doors in the corridor.

Above all, we found the staff, in particular at reception, to be incredibly helpful. This hotel is in a great location for places if interest as well as bars and restaurants.Room was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and Choice was limited but reasonable quality and eggs cooked to order by very pleasant and helpful staff.
