How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Clean apartment, very affordable compare to nearby other apartments. Near by petronas twin towers and metro station downstairs have so many shop, 7 eleven 24 hours open, everything was parfect!”

Verified reviewThe only good thing about this place is the location. But for my comfort and hygiene I would rather choose a hotel that's a little more far away the centre, instead of this place! And it's not that near to the centre of city. There is just a good view, but believe me it's not worth it.
There are a lot of things I didn't like. Here they are: - the check-in place is a bit hard to find, there are no clear instructions about where you have to wait getting the keys. So you just hope you ask someone that knows the place. - after the young boy who came for the check-in, he didn't even greet us and didn't gave any instructions about the hotelroom. They just sent a message about everything that you can be fined for, for example if you leave the room dirty (but the room was not even clean when we arrived, to begin with..) - what do I mean with not clean: there were little ants literally everywhere, on the table, in the sink of the kitchen, everywhere! - the bathroom has a very very bad smell, like there is no aircirculation. - worst part: I saw cockroaches in the bathroom AND in the kitchen! - we just stayed there for 2 days luckily, cause we couldn't handle more than that. - AND I also didn't like the automatic review they made in our place, I think a lot of good reviews here are automatic and not real.

This is NOT a hotel with a check in desk. My flight was delayed I arrived at 3AM. Security pointed me to another property manager under the same brand after failed attempts to contact a representative at KLUXE. He got me for RM $100 security deposit and RM $150 with a 11AM check out. It felt like being left out in the cold then robbed. Woke up at 8AM to find there was the biggest cum stain on the curtains. I was so very disgusted. I didn't even shower I jumped right up and checked out. Upon checking out it came to my attention the despoit was really RM $50 not $100. And I know what you're thinking I didn't stay w KLUXE - its all the same. No it a mall with resident space dived up by several small brands advertised across Booking, AIRBNB etc. I could've stayed at the Sheraton w that money. Also its in the middle of a shopping mall.
