This was a very quiet and clean place. The room was a nice size and the location was excellent. Staff responded to my WhatsApp messages very promptly. Overall I was really pleased!!

There is no shower curtain so when you shower the floor and the toilet gets wet. Also if you don’t close the toilet door the whole room stinks like sewage.

Really convenient location to get attractions and local food. The staff are nice and friendly, they respond to requests very quickly.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location is convenient with easy access to nearby amenities, and the environment is clean and quiet. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a very cozy bed. The staff were friendly and professional, check-in and check-out were quick. Overall, I could really feel the hotel’s attention to detail and service. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back!

The location is pretty good, so as the bedroom. Everything was clean.

There's no reception, so you need to wait for a staff member to come to the hotel entrance to open the door and give you the keys. Everything is organised by WhatsApp, which could make the process harder, especially if you don't have internet.

i like the most on the self check-in style. very easy. second is the room. clean, tidy thus make us comfortable. my room view is facing komtar and can see the dinosaur, so this is for my kids. also there is lift available.

parking spot. no parking available. you just can park wherever there is spare around the hotel. if you lucky, then can get the parking beside hotel.

strategic location at Jalan Macalister, easily accessible to local foods and bus stop opposite on hotel. smooth & easy understand check-in & out process.

toiletries provided, just that water easily stagnant at shower area, and easily spread over to WC area, hopefully can have a shower screen. coz no carpet so not really soundproof, light sleeper may need extra earplugs.

The security, excellent customer service.

The space is too small, no iron provided at the ground floor, the uses of access card (very inconvenient) please upgrade.
