Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

MalaysiaThere was some unidentifiable subtle noise 24 hours. Not sure perhaps it was the machine whirring or something. It was not as disturbing for me when I sleep but the noise sure is quite disturbing when I woke up. And there was no soundproofing. I could still hear the people on the corridor talking and other rooms door being opened and closed.
A cosy and beautiful hotel. Location is great and easy to find. There are AEON and Lotus’s mall really close to the hotel. The room is spacious unlike the normal hotel rooms. The room and the surrounding are clean and neat.

MalaysiaThere seems to be a leak and mold started to appear on the corner of the room. Bathroom is okay, but needs to fix their hose as it was leaking, it is a simple change in rubber washers. Hotel probably need a full check up to fix whatever damages and wear and tear.
Room is good, very spacious with 2 large beds and comfortable. Airconditioning is cold. Location is very good, not too far or too near to anything suitable for our purpose (no congestions or too many pedestrians to look out)
