MalaysiaSome of the hotel rooms are facing the afternoon sun. So it may take some time for the room to cool down as the A/C is not that powerful anymore for some rooms.
Very convenient location. Walking distance to nearby shops if you do not have a car. Sufficient parking is also available and it is free. Rooms are of decent size and suitable for short trips there.

Room is new, comfortable and clean. Reception is connected to a Starbucks so there is a place to chill and get coffee. Large Aeon supermarket and a lot of food within walking distance. Next to Nanyang Kopi for good breakfast. Lots of parking available.

MalaysiaThey can't provide prayer mat although rqst was made in advice. Item is not expensive. The hotel can just buy a few to keep for moslem use when needed. But when they spontaneously reply email "we don't provide prayer mat", a request to easy to be fulfilled, more so when reqst was made in advance. It gives an impression, they lack customer sensitivity. I believe the hotel caters to all races.

SingaporeUpon arrival on Friday, 23 Dec 2022..front counter staffs doesn't seem to be very welcoming. Took quite a while for us to check in when there were no other guests except us! During checking out..suddenly we were told that 1 of the towel frm Room 208 had some towel shedding or pulled thread frm the towel! I was very sure before checking out, the 3 towels frm my Room 208 was in gd condition & NO TOWEL SHEDDING! However, they managed to overcome the issue & I checked out without having to pay.. Now I'm still waiting for my RM200 deposit to be refunded back to my bank acct since it has been more then 3 days excluding Christmas & Public Holiday..Hope the hotel management can 'EXPEDITE' the matter ASAP..tq🙏
