I was so disappointed when I reached there at 3.00 p.m sharp and the house wasn't ready. There were 2 cleaners still cleaning it and asked us to wait for another 10-15mins or until the house was ready. I called the owner and the owner said the previous family who were there checked out late at 1 p.m and he did not update me or ask me if I could wait for a while until the house was ready. It was unacceptable because the rules and regulations are very clear about check in and check out timing. I had to wait for almost 20-30mins until the house was fully cleaned and ready. I was not happy about it, hence this complaint.

The house was not that spacious but the owner knows how to make full use of the space and decorated the house very nicely. It has all basic essentials and it's comfortable enough for a group of 5 because it has 3 single beds and one queen bed. It's easy to deal with the owner. It's also easy to find food nearby and very near to public transport.

Unpleasant smell at the corridor & lift area. Really-really hard to get a car park, even at the road side.

1. ERL frequency because i have trouble to sleep, but it is tolerable. 2. Out of service elevator - because we stay at high level, once the elevator is not working, we kind of afraid if we need to climb up the stairs 3. Parking - because we stay at lower cost area, if you use car at night, you might not able to find space to park.

We all love the decorations, obviously. Every room is facilitated with air conditioner. And entertainment, it has good wifi and subscription to disney hotstar, so we would say, we love staying indoor. If you need breakfast, there are a lot of local vendors selling nearby.

The location does not make me feel safe. The toilet does not have a ventilation fan, no basin. Only one toilet, one shower to 3 rooms. Water pressure is so small. The interior is as pictures.

The location is unsafe for a family. The building itself is dirty n smelly. The lift n corridor are terrible. I check in to hv a look. It has strange smell n I cannot stay here even for a few minutes. I finally booked another hotel to stay for that night.

Small space. Very dissapointed with the stay as it is surrounded with foreigners. Smelly. Hard to find parking space. I even found few dead cockroaches in the rooms. Aircond in main bedroom is leaking, so it doesn’t cold enough. Overall, not a nice experience to stay.

House is neat. The decoration is nice. Owner is helpful.
