Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Location was fairly near Jonker Walk where you have the Jonker Street Night Market. Also, near famous tourist attractions like A Formosa and Stadhuys. Room was small but fairly comfortable.

MalaysiaThe service is great. Staff is very good at answering and responding both face to face and also online through emails. Upon check-in the staff mentioned they upgraded my room for free with an additional single bed. I was grateful for that. Wifi, tv, air conditioner, heater all working properly. Room is in clean condition. Just got one problem while booking, my card was declined. But the rest all good, the staff settled it after my online transfer done. If you come with a car, there's free parking in front of hotel - under the flyover.
