SwitzerlandIt’s a good hotel, and the room was really big ! It was clean and the AC was working well even though it was a bit noisy but nothing big. The staff so sweet and friendly. You are next to a mall so it’s really convenient, and the city center is not far away but Ipoh is a city of cars so you will need to walk all the time next to them.

The location is good. Ample parking. Walking distance to Ipoh Parade and Dataran Ipoh for eateries, restaurants and shopping. Room and bathroom is large and nicely furnished. Clean and comfortable. They have different room themes for each floor which is a nice touch. They provide 2 pillows for each guest, which is good. Most hotels now provide only one each.

MalaysiaThe door latch locked itself and we took some time to get back into the room as the engineering staff had to forcibly remove the latch from the outside. Room was a bit strange as you had to walk up stairs to go to the bed.

We booked a room for three and we happy with the large spacious room. Bathroom is also large. Toiletries provided. Comfy beds with comforter and pillows.

The location is good, within walking distance to ipoh parade, and theres a gelato shop near by. There's also plenty of parking for those who drives. The room is spacious and clean. Staff is good where they did recommend a few places to visit and food to try in ipoh.

SingaporeBody Towels looked very used and off white. The Toilet bowl seat was smaller than the toilet bowl and loosely fitted, resulting in the toilet seat tilting one sided occasionally. Good size TV but has only 2 available channels and viewing not clear.
Clean, tidy and good location to old town centre. Near a big shopping mall, Ipoh Parade (walking distance 5-7 mins). Provided 2 bottles of water daily. Coffee and Tea provided were of good quality and were refilled daily. We slept well in the comfortable King size bed with fluffy pillows. Air Con was functioning satisfactorily and cooled the rooms well. Enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
