The owner said he provided sugar, tea/coffee. But, there is nothing provided. At least must provide sugar, tea/coffee. The wall in the bathroom is not clean enough. Please ask the cleaner extra cleaning of the wall. Then, the bedsheet smell too much clorox.

2 broken chairs were at the kitchen balcony, did not replace them, torn sofa, right after I entered the apt unit, i immediately snap the photos of those. and informed them. Claimed that there were 3 hair dryers. But the hair dryers were available only in 2 rooms .I would suggest you take photos once you enter the house because they might have damaged items before you check in the staycation unit and informed them. right away.

Rooms quite small and compact even for 2 pax . There’s no proper chairs on dining area only left 2 another 2 was already broken and kept it at kitchen area and haven’t replaced yet. The most important was the sofa bed unable to use due to one part of it already broken .

The house was spacious especially the living room.

The lift. 4 lifts but only 2 operated. Try to avoid going in & out during check in & out time. Facilities of the building still ok just that the kids playground got little bit rusty. No commercial shops downstairs. Luckily there is a stall in level 11 selling some kuih, rice & noodles. But not open everyday.

Our unit located at floor 26. Two parking are at floor 7. Not far from lift. Cleanliness of the unit is ok. Same as the photo. Cuckoo water dispenser, Smart TV with Netflix, sea view, near to the town,... Just a minor issues which is the red ants is everywhere. Kind of friendly pets in the unit. So far is harmless. Owner response fast. Provided solutions for the red ants.

the pillows were quite thin and only one on each side of the bed air con in one of the rooms wasn't the best but made host aware and said they would do AC maintenance

Overcrowded lift on checkout during peak season. Make sure to leave at minimum an hour before checkout time due to high traffic using lifts.

Water dispenser. Fast internet. Location. Comfortable furnitures, layout & facilities. Netflix account for guests provided. Fast response from host.

Tricky with the water heater and shower. The obvious tap linked to the rain shower is not linked to water heater, hence only cold tap water. There's another knob near the water heater to turn for hot water and the water will come out from the shower head. Took a long time to figure that out and my kids all showered in cold water. Some heads up will be good.

Everything was nice. Stay with 6 more people. The sofa broke down a leg when we sit on it. The owner fixed it so fast by calling his welding team. Overall was a very good experience. All my friends loved it.

It's not like I didn't like it. But the owner should make it viral cause this homestay is very excellent. People should know more about it. So after this, travellers will choose to stay at here. So far my friends and I enjoyed it. Even we can manage to make a steamboat in comfortable condition. Come on, make it more viral after this.

Perfect facilities. Complete equipment. Only 10 minutes to attractions in Georgetown. This place is the best for me. The check-in process was very easy, the guide from the owner was very helpful. Here you can relax comfortably with a soft bed and pillows, can watch TV with netflix and wifi available, can cook, wash and dry clothes too! get a beautiful view in the living room and the room with full glass walls. It feels good to be on vacation even if you are only at home. Love it! Have to book again to find out if something is wrong
