We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The design of the hotel was beautiful, very Japanese zen like. I loved the industrial minimalist look of the room. The hotel provided all the necessary toiletries and they even had free snacks and a water machine on each floor. The food at the restaurant (can't remember the name) was a little pricey but DELICIOUS. I also liked the sandwich cafe on the first floor. The hotel is pretty centrally located and it was easy to reach some popular tourist spots that were within walking distance.

MalaysiaI wish that there's some notes about the air-conditioning panel that was right beside the toilet door (yes I went and ask the staff about it). I was sweating right after check in and feeling embarrassed for not knowing where's the air-conditioning remote 🥲. I can hear some sound from outside the room.
The furry staffs aka the cats! Although one of the furry staff just sleeping on my last day at the hotel. The interior of the hotel was unique. The front desk is located on the right side of the hotel. I like that there's umbrella for the guest to borrow from the front desk. The check in staff were kind. When I check out on the next day, it's another staff and that staff is strong for carrying my luggage like it's nothing 😍. The room was comfortable. The snug heavy bedding was great, I love it. There's small long window in the room and I like that window as I can see some of the Penang city view. The toiletries was nicely arranged on the wooden tray. There's also QR code to WhatsApp chat with the hotel staff if there's any problems. I'm dumbfounded by the fact that the huge mirror on the wall is the toilet door 🤯. There's blind curtain outside the toilet and it's remote controlled 🙈. There's Coway water filter and shared fridge right in front of the lift on my room level. I checked out at 12pm and I stored my luggage till 6pm. That evening I was stuck at the hotel lobby during a sudden heavy downpour so I just sit on the lobby waiting for the rain to subsided. Thank you so much Mokozoyo Hotel and the staffs for everything. Hopefully I can come back to Penang and stay at here again.

AustraliaThe stones at the front entrance make it hard to pull your luggage. Lack of consideration for accessibility. Our room was distant enough from the bar that it wasn’t noisy, but I can see how rooms close to the bar might be able to hear the music a little bit.

SingaporeThere's a bar on 2nd floor that operates till midnight. The hotel is not soundproof so can feel the hotel shaking. But they end at 12 pm so not an issue for me.
The hotel is gorgeous. Service is excellent. They are very responsive to my queries. This is the only hotel that I stay at that uses Whatsapp as communication. The location is central and safe. Staff is nice and cool 😎 love the Tongue in Cheek toiletries. The room is clean and cosy . Forgot to mention their super chill Hotel cat 🐈 I will be back 😁
