The water shower pressure is very low. It will be good if you install the rain shower head with higher water pressure.

The room is cleaning and comfortable. It's also quiet and peaceful.

Probably need to provide a sandal inside the room because the floor is quite cold especially for elderly. Overall is good and spacious room.

Nice place to stay for those looking for short stay especially for working people / outstation. Value for money but a bit difficult to find a food stall / restaurant nearby to the hotel area.

I wanted to use the mini bar refrigerator as I wanted to buy something to store in before I head back. But it was not usable and the safe box lock is not functioning as well. Other than that. Everything seem fine.

The Location is very strategic. The bed is very large for both of us to roll around. Bed is very comfortable and air cond is good.

The room is spacious and clean . Housekeeping did a good job. Location for finding food is excellent. Many coffeshops just walking distance away.

I didn't like the toilet. If possible, the toilet should be cleaned again, and the walls are still dirty. if can put some perfume inside the toilet. last but not least, the fridge does not function at all. Please check the cleaner sometimes them just wash lightly only.

Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel; the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Location nearby from Tasik Cermin and easy to look for food. Easy parking but must pay at Ipoh Online before getting a summon.

The rooms were extremely smelly, it stinks so bad. The rooms were so badly maintain. walls are filled with mold. broken floor. toilets were dirty. floor mats were not changed. bedsheets were not clean. We asked for the house keeping to change them, we were told there we no more extra sheets as they were full house.

Nothing. Nothing at all. it was not anything like what was advertised. Such a horrible experience.

The google map direction were confusing and the path along was bad because it was a dirt road. So need to take a further way to get to the hotel

The room was a mess. Receptionist are not friendly and very rude. Been given a room that was not clean yet. Overall experience was not great and definitely not recommended for others to stay here

the receptionist was not that friendly, the information been given to me doesnt help about parking. the sinki was loose and water pressure was too low, the pillows are too thin and beds are actually for single person, they just combined two single beds into one king bed, for the tv doesnt have many channels or movies. the hotel doesn't provide proper iron board,just use office table, covered with few table cloths. it's hard for me to iron my clothes, not only that I'm not satisfied with the toilet deco whereby there's no place to put soaps. it's like they didn't replace new glass.

The stay was nice and the location of the hotel is also strategic as it located not too far from other attraction places in Ipoh. And also, the hotel is near to the town so you don’t have to worry of getting food for the late night supper. For me, it was 10/10
