Thought the breakfast spread can be better lah although price not too steep. I guess breakfast joints in mall offer better choices.

Love the decor and the facilities. Lobby is so cool with many games and activity corners for guests. So perfectly located with direct connection with IOI City Mall which offers good shopping and lots of eateries!

I had breakfast on the first day and it was great. The second and third days were all the same food with fewer choices. I didn't eat on the fourth day. On the morning of the third day, the cleaning staff suddenly knocked on the door and rang the doorbell rudely. I was startled and thought something had happened and they wanted me to run away🙄

Laundry and fitness are on the same floor, very convenient.The whole room is very clean.

Room size a bit on the smaller side, the phone in the room and trying to get recept to pick up, I had to take the lift down twice just to relay request such as having additional pillow, towel etc.

Trendy boutique hotel, the breakfast selection, the black bedroom slippers, love the facilities (games, pool, chess, and table soccer at the lobby and fun vibes. Location to Mall!

Room size is average. Comfortable and spacious if you have just one luggage. Breakfast is basic. Restaurant area is small, so it may be hard to find seats during breakfast peak hours.

Perfect location. Hotel is just steps away from IOI Mall which is so huge! It's not possible to comb through all the shops. Be sure to check out IOI Mall directory. Very safe location to bring kids and elderly. No busy road and noisy traffic, plus you can't feel the hot weather! Activities are mostly indoors. Lots of eateries and restaurants around. It's like a Genting Highlands without the casinos. Rooms are very clean. Free amenities include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, in-room slippers, water, coffee and tea.

However, we had a disappointing experience on our first day of breakfast (31 July 2025, around 8:30–10:00 AM). One of the staff members—a woman in charge of the section towards the back of the dining area—was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I politely requested an extra set of cutlery for myself (as my two children already had theirs), she said there were none left and told me to get it myself. During our breakfast, she cleared some of our plates without asking, even though there was still food on them. To make matters worse, she placed dirty, used plates on our table while clearing, and handled everything noisily, slamming cutlery and dishes in a way that was disruptive and unpleasant. Her behavior was unacceptable and gave a very negative impression. Everyone has bad days, but such attitude should not be brought into a customer service role. I reported this to the staff member at the breakfast check-in counter before we left. On the second day, we avoided sitting in that same section.

I love the location — modern, comfortable design with great accessibility. Close to shopping and not too far from the airport.
