We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThe only a minus point was the under the bed cleanliness.. Dusty. Guessing, never been taken care for long times. Can even find toys, used wrappers, stationeries etc... Left behind by guests before.
The hotel location is very easy access to most happening place in Kuantan. The best thing is it located just by kuantan riverbank beside the Towel 188. Excellent. 7e is just 10m away. 24/7 food stalls/shops nearby. Hotel only has very few room. Hence, very comfortable. Especially, added to bubbly and friendly staff.

MalaysiaThe location of hotel is not ideal at all. Too much traffic. Lack of parking spots. Too noisy even in the midmorning 3am. Certainly not a place if u want a nice sound sleep.
The hotel employee was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were ok. Had a prob with one room, the management rectify it on the spot. The management and rooms were good but not the location.

Instead of giving what I booked which is double single bed room, they just give me a double bed room. She told me she upgraded to King Bed. When i arrived at the room it’s only queen bed. She lied! I dont have the energy or any hustle to go down and have any arguments & ended up to just accept the room
