The breakfast food. My kueytiao was sour. The laksa was more sour than usual. It was not appetizing for me.

The breakfast could have been monitored closer for top-ups, warmth, etc. There were cockroaches in the room. Furniture was dated and not so child friendly. No ventilation in the bathroom, so laundry remained wet even when left overnight in bathroom. Limited sockets in the room. TV and WiFi was patchy.

Front desk staff and restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. Accountable, responsible and flexible. The laksa at breakfast was good.

The food, need to hire more manpower. Maybe because of the wedding event all the Chinese cuisine and the bar are closed and the choices of food is limited. Need to wait longer to receive ur order.

The toilet seat in my room was detached from the toilet bowl. The floor was dusty. The wifi did not work. Full payment of the room was made upon check-in.

The hotel has a clean beach with nice views. The room is spacious. There is a free van shuttle service to the airport and Labuan town.

As in all of Borneo, sand flies. Not the hotel”s fault. But beware. They are at the swimming pool and beach. Why Borneo beaches are beautiful but deserted.

Chilled out place, great location. Free bikes. Labuan a great Malaysian island.

1. The staffs at check-in weren’t very welcoming. We were not directed to our room, and there was no bellboy to carry our luggages. We had to figure out our own parking and our way to the rooms. 2. We booked a suite, only to know it was 2 rooms interconnected. 3. Aircon was not really cold. 4. Beddings and pillows weren’t the most comfortable. 5. The resort is also far away from the city, so you’ll surely be needing a car to travel. 6. Breakfast choices are limited. The Asian spread was decent, but the pastries were just dry.

The Santai Bar was the best part about the property! The service, the staff, the choices of drinks, the view, the ambience was just great.

The room service or restaurant staff take too long to remove dirty dishes. Getting bitten by a sandfly.

The facilities were all in one spot. Pool ,ocean,bar, restaurant,wood fired pizza, outdoor seating, pool bar, hotel transfer,breakfast was decent, room service convenient. Clean rooms, hot showers and bath tubs in room, large size, great view from 3rd floor, cool balcony for sitting and watching the sunset, cool breeze at the beach for reading a book.Overall a pleasant experience.

Quite a distance away from any other restaurants/bars. There is a shuttle service but not so frequent.

I had some problems with my devices concerning the internet but the staff tried their best to help. It worked for my laptop but for my phone and my daughter's tablet I we couldn't use the internet. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The hotel ran out of amenities for the room. The hotel didn't have the food on the menu and also did not want to serve pizza during the week which made no sense at all.

1, late to pickup the dirty plate/rubbish 2. The balcony is not so safe, the wood seems like started rotten, some are already fall out dangerous for those have small children 3. Some mouse comes across my balcony when I was sitting outside 4. Cockroach is always everyway, management should request or pest control already, even during at the toilet, cockroach is walk around. 5. The WiFi networks is not working properly, can't open YouTube sometimes 6.the cabinet under the TV is loose can't close properly, 7.the swimming pool area is not enough place to sit mostly during hot weather, people don't want to stay in the water for too long anyway.
