No hanger or hook in the room. Some cars double parked, wasted some parking lots.

Car park entrance was blocked by a bus, more than half of the parking lots could not be utilized due to this. No dustbin, hanger and hook in the room. Toilet paper only left a little bit and was not replaced before check in. Bathroom’s water pressure was very low. The aircond was very noisy. There is a RM10 cleaning fee now, so not so worthy for short term stay. There were some tenants making noise at midnight, talking loudly and banging room doors.

The place is dirty especially the toilet. The next door room is full of workers men and they drink alcohol and very noisy. They even hang their clothes in the toilet. Me and my friend can't sleep and really afraid because of that.

Room 31 The corridor knob lock was rusted (outside) and made the door not easy to be locked.

Noisy environment. The room is not soundproof as advertised. People talking loudly outside the room. Some people will bang the front door and their room door loudly.

The aircon was very noisy. Some toilets cannot flush. Didn't see hairdryer in bathroom as advertised. Some clothes racks are without hanger or hook. Parking was a mess with many parked irresponsibly or even double/triple park, and also blocking the entrancer and pathway. Despite the no-smoking sign, there were people smoking in the room, toilet and balcony. The room is definitely not soundproof as advertised, as there were noisy people talking loudly in the corridor and balcony, and even slammed the room door in the middle of the night.

It was a bit noisy with the animal noise at night but other than that it was all fine.

The room was clean and spacious, the owner gave fast replies to messages and calls. It was overall a value for the money spent.

Private room. Good privacy. Owner also quite easily reachable. Aircon is cold and we can control it with the remote.

stayed at the accommodation for more than 5 days and every time I put something in the fridge, half of it disappeared. I then aired my clothes outside the room and my waterproof motorcycle pants disappeared. I think this is not the work of the Malaysians who stay there for one or two nights, but of the permanent guests who are accommodated in the hotel for the duration of their work there.Very poor social facilities

the self check in was a nightmare they didn't send me the information till well after I arrived and the key box number was wrong but the guy on the phone for outside bookings finally got the right code took two rooms and up and down stairs with bags but we got there in the end

There's a commotion or an argument during my 2nd nite staying and it's actually frightened my children.

There is no soundproofing, I woke up middle of the night from noise from the corridor.

Location is good it's between bus terminal and city center. I had a own my room for good price. There was AC in the room it was nice

the gate has some problems. it should be repaired ASAP. when I entered the correct passcode, I could not open it. in the end, the door was opened by someone who lived near the door and told me the skill to open it. but when I tried it again, it did not work too.

The room is big enough for two adults. And there is hot water for the shower.

Staff came late to change the bedsheet etc after I checked in. Toilet light was faulty but had not been fixed since my last stay two weeks ago. Many of the tenants were foreign workers and working adults, who made a lot of noise talking, watching video on phone with loud speaker, and even chatting loudy and shouting at might night. The room is definitely not soundproof as advertised. You can even hear the snoring from next door. Not every room has table and chair.
