More hooks in the rooms needed to hang up clothing - particularly wet swimming items. Ensuite room was small but it didn’t bother us too much as we were out most of the time - and aware we got a good deal on the room! Pool - quite a bit of sand on the floor and needs anti slip mats on the steps out of the pool. It’s very dangerous currently when getting out - I almost went flying!

Clean ensuite and comfortable bed. Location was 2mins walk to one of the nicest and quietest beaches on the island (good to watch sunset here too). Staff were polite and helpful. Water filter in reception area helped us reduce our plastic waste. Pool upstairs was good - water was cold and felt clean. Cute cats outside the hotel were an added bonus! Overall we would very much recommend!

Confusion during check-in, wrong room given. Reception guy said the room is based on the booking done in AGODA! Keep saying AGODA after i've given him my I/D card and told him booked with Booking.com earlier. Finally got the right room but room turns out very small for the price i paid and not much of a view since he put me on the first floor. I paid extra for sea view but can't see much from 1st floor. According to him thats the only room with seaview left. If want to charge extra for seaview make sure its atleast on the 3rd floor onwards.

Probably can add fried noodles for breakfast buffet besides nasi lemak, cereals and roti bakar that they provide.

Room is clean, 3 minutes walk to the beach. 5 minutes walk to food stalls. Reception can assist to call the taxi.

The swimming pool stairs wasn't really safe. The stairs climbing to get into the pool were very slippery. When you get out of the pool it felt really dangerous. Even my friend fell and she got hurt really bad😞 The hotel should do something about this as it's a safety issue!

Clean and tidy. Nice breakfast! Good location. Everything in walking distance. Very comfortable beds 🤩 Highly Recommended!

The toilet /bathroom area was interesting but functional given the toilet/shower area was all in one but we got used to it Bed /room make up is not part of the price but you can ask for fresh towels.

The location was great short walk to beach and eateries. Staff very accommodating and pleasant Breakfast was average Room was as described and spotless - but no cleaning is done daily No bar fridge which was a necessity in the hot water, BUT Cold/ hot water down stairs is great for filling water bottles. Great to explore beaches as there are few to explore Wifi was excellent and connected everytime

I didn’t think its location was great but we did hire a scooter which was essential to get around. Also, breakfast was a bit limited

The walls were thin and could here guests in other rooms. The bathroom could do with some extra shelves and hooks.

Owner was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and close to the beach. The bed was firm and pillows were comfortable. Water dispenser was available on the ground floor to fill your bottles/ kettle.

Where the building situated wasn't ideal as it was surrounding by other building which look derelict and old. The building itself wasnt derelict. It was close to beach but still the view was block by some unsightly building.

It is strategically located near the beach area and also commercial area. There was a food festival event during our stay and we really enjoyed the food sold there. The host kindly entertained all our requests ie taxi booking, room arrangement etc even suggested few activities for us to cherished our stay in Pulau Pangkor.
