Toilet cleanliness can be improved a bit. Far from Melaka city centre.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We were traveling with two kids and booked a double queen bed room, which was spacious and very comfortable for our family. The breakfast was excellent, and the facilities such as the swimming pool and kids’ zone were also very enjoyable. Everything was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The Wi-Fi was also very fast. This was our second time staying here. During our first visit, we stayed on the ground floor near the aircon compressor, which was quite noisy. This time, we chose a room on the first floor towards the back, and it was completely quiet — much better. The location is very convenient if you plan to visit the Air Famosa Zoo or play golf, which is exactly what we did. Overall, a great experience once again!

The double standard of having our breakfast at the club lounge and downstairs at the cafe was just wow. First day we decided to try the cafe, it was so noisy (eventho not peak season and weekday), the floors were dirty and they were not prompt enough to clean it (i felt very uncomfortable) and the food felt like it was not fresh especially the salad and fruits (old, not fresh and watery) very different from the club lounge where all the food were so fresh and nice (not watery at all!) But downside about the club lounge is that on the website they said it is non alcoholic, no kids below 12 and no slippers but there were alcohol, kids below 12 running around with their slippers which was really disturbing.

We booked the premiere suite, the room was big and comfortable, the view was okay and the bathtub was clean and nice. We also had access to the club lounge. It was comfortable but of course the food choices were limited, tho was good enough for me.

Location. Gym, pool and kids playground are fantastic. Breakfast is good too. Very close to North South highway perfect for quick in & out if you’re from other state.

The room.Have no sound proffing. I can hear a sound from the other room and very disturbing

Secluded location, far from Malacca town. But near small town - Tampin. Crowded swimming pool - this was expected because of the weekend! Aircond - a bit difficult to control.

Love: Spacious room, comfy bed & sofa-daybed, very good breakfast spread, up-to-date decor, courteous & helpful staff, plenty of parking space - but a bit of a walk, peaceful greenery courtyard! An acceptable speed during check-in even with a huge crowd. Go early for breakfast to avoid the crowd!

1. The swimming pool cleanliness. I spotted a lot of mossy on pool floor and really disturbing me. Please improve on this immediately. 2. Mini fridge not working well due to located in small cupboard with poor ventilation, the technician relocate the fridge on top of cupboard and its take up my room space.

Variety of foods but still has a room for improvement. As this is 5 star hotel, its below expectation and my standard reference is Doub** Tr** Putraj***

Check in process taking so long time. Im standing in line that has 5 guest. It taking from 4.30 PM to 5.20 PM to settle. Pool Bar taking 1 hour just to serve cup of coffee and it is wrong when the coffee arrive. They give me hot choc instead

separate toilet. another matter was on the 1st day of my stay while i was with my family at the kids pool there was a stray golf ball flew into the pool lucky we were having our lunch at the poolside.

Cleaness under the fridge,and some corner of the room was not moped,the fridge is not cooling proper,the shower soap bottle was not filled,just found few soap was not enough for 1 person to shower.

- i booked 2 weeks before and got put some request. Request babycot and request room near to the entrance sonce i have newborn. I get room near the entrance but didint get the babycot. When call they said cot dah x available fully used.

The kids room, swimming pool and the room was so perfect. The most fav is tge breakfast, love teruk teh tarik parkroyal afamosaa.
