Friendly staff, great location and rooms/bathrooms very clean. As for issue of noise they give you earbuds when you check in which is a great touch. Overall, great value for money and would definitely recommend

It is a very good hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room and bed was comfortable and clean. The location made travel around Ipoh very easy and affordable. For the noise issue, I'm using earl plug so it's totally not an issue for me and have a good sleep though

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the helpful of the staff at the front desk, she even go out of her way to guide me through the places to visit in Ipoh. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. Great value hotel yeah !!

No fridge in the room. Got elevator, but then need to take 1 more flight of stair for private room like ours. Other room seems to be on the 1st floor, with the elevator access. No big deal for us, maybe a bit problem if got heavy luggage .

Staff super friendly, the front desk lady so polite and welcoming, the male staff there giving us free mineral water while waiting the receptionist taking care of other guest. The cleaning lady filling the shower gel in the room also very friendly. The room decor also very beautifully done.

I had a short but lovely stay here in Ipoh. The bed was comfortable, and bathrooms were clean. The location is great, close to the center of Ipoh. The staff was kind and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

The loud music from across the street at night could go on for hours on weekends. But that can’t be helped and is really not so much of a problem, coz we were all so tired from waking all day!

Everything was so well thought through. The availability of a water filter, an ironing board, all made the stay so much more comfortable.

Ipoh is famous for it coffee n Chinese homemade biscuits Will be nice they included other natural sugar than only white sugars

Good location in fact every where in the town is a walking distance.is a beautiful quiet town.love it will be back again exploring the good tea shops n white coffee shop. Safe to walk Ard in the night as single female traveller....

it’s extremely quiet so if you’re looking for somewhere to socialise it won’t be here. other than that it was great.

it was in a great location. the room had large lockers, good air con, and a cold drinking water dispenser in the corridor. there were loads of bathrooms which were clean and hardly used.

The wifi was quite spotty and didn’t properly reach the room I was staying in. Not sure if it would have been better in other parts of the property.

I would recommend this place for its warm atmosphere and great value for money. I had booked the female dorm and ended up being the only person in the room for the night (great for me, not so great for the hotel). The dorm was spacious and had large lockers, the bed was super comfortable, and aircon worked well. It was also not overly loud at night despite the room facing one of the city’s main streets. Facilities were OK, there are plenty of washrooms so one was always available. Staff are very friendly and the location is great, within walking distance from the city centre sights, train station etc.
