Very new, clean, has netflix, good facility even within the room. Also like the use of floor material for toilet and bar for support in shower room. Hope it remains as good or even better.

The area outside the hotel was very congested, pavements very uneven which made walking etc difficult.

The hotel was modern, clean and central to access shops etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

There is no coffee machine in the room. The control of the shower is too far from the shower itself. The bed could be a bit softer. The room curtain is very heavy but it is manually operated, and there is a sofa between the window and the room.

All facilities are clean and new, staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast selection is outstanding, including many local foods.

While the breakfast options could be improved—they were somewhat mediocre and lacked variety—it was a minor issue in an otherwise well-managed property. Overall, there wasn’t much to dislike.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was impressively spacious and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness—everything felt fresh and well-kept. One of the highlights was the bathtub, which provided a relaxing way to unwind each evening. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep throughout my stay The service was polite, the environment was peaceful, and the facilities met all my needs. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for comfort and cleanliness.

Everything was on point. There was nothing I did not like.

Where to begin? The facilities were fabulous, food fantastic, turn down service sensational, but their greatest asset- the staff! The staff, from walking through the front door after an exhausting day of travel, to jumping in the car back to the airport on the day of departure, were beyond exceptional. No area of the hotel lacked when it came to their staff. Truly impressive.

Very helpful staff. Offered ideas where to eat. Room was comfortable and clean. Ate at Rasa Sayang Nyonya abd Kafka Cafe which were within walking distance. Very nice food .

The check in and check out proccess was very fast. Opposite the hotel there a beautiful park for walking along the seaside and its good for kids. Food can be found all along the hotel area.

It seems the ball was dropped a little on the second day of our stay, waiting for almost one hour in the M Club for salmon and salad, and a whole garlic bulb added to my dish that night (allergic). Felt the check out experience could be friendlier. Check in was great, the girl was really friendly, but check out was lacking in something.

Mostly great! Our room was club level, which was fabulous, with amazing views, a great bathtub, and excellent access to the M Club. We also loved the well equipped gym - super clean and has everything you need. The room itself was very spacious, with an incredibly comfortable bed and brilliant soundproofing. On our first day, we were also incredibly impressed by the food and the fact that the chef accommodated my food allergies without any issues. The staff in the M Club were fabulous, super attentive and polite. We dined at Kucina that night, and while the server was amazing, the chefs looked totally uninterested and annoyed that we came in an hour before they closed. Also a special mention to the room service staff, they were so sweet and loved a chat! :)

Nice hotel in Gurney Bay, all the staff were very pleasant and accommodating, There are good restaurants particularly Kucina, there are a couple of shopping malls about a 10 minute walk plenty of restaurants etc. Old Georgetown is some way away so if you plan to do a walking tour of the old town and jetties then best to get a grab car but they are very cheap.

Very good location in walking distance from 2 shopping malls . Opposite to the hotel there is equipped walking area along the sea , convenient for family with children for comfort walking. Hotel is very clean, room are spacious, staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection has good variety of food, beverages.
