Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. MalaysiaThe hygiene needs to be improved. I found a dead lizard which had dried up under my bed. During weekend, there will be mat rempit at the road in front of the hotel. So it will be noisy till 3 or 4a.m. we can hardly sleep due to the noise. Unfortunately no action had been taken by the government although several complaints had been made. But this can't fault the hotel management as this is out of their control.
The location is near to Jonker Street by driving but away from all the traffic jam. The rooms are huge and with a nice view. The staff are friendly too.

SingaporeThe quality of toilet paper is horrible. The most of buttone of lift are not working. The name from Booking.com displayed as “The Suite @ SGR Melaka” does NOT found in Google Map and the given gps missed lead the guests. Please inform the App to correct it to “Swan Garden Resort Hotel”. The checking process takes longer time than expected; some frotier doesn’t inform the floor for the guest after issue the key. No smiling face too.
It’s new hotel with morsel design, very clean room and spacious. Unlike many old hotels using carpet which produces bad odour and small bathroom. Location is 7-10min from Jonker shopping area. Excellent sea view.

MalaysiaBooked through booking.com. very misleading information about the room. The room's balcony is facing the city & the side is facing the construction site. There's only 1 room with bathtub so we can't change the room. The smell is so terrible . It was very dusty. We had request for room service upon check in. The sound of the busy road at night is very disturbing.
