The location is near the Methodist church where we attended our friend's wedding ceremony for this trip. The breakfast is a simple buffet but very nice. I like the porridge with the beef.

I had to request for the telekung at the surau to be washed. There was no Quran or Yasin in the female surau. I do not know the situation in the male surau.

Close to Borneo Convention Centre Kuching if UCSI Hotel is full. Grab fare ranges from RM5.30 to RM29 depending on traffic/demand. Breakfast was adequate - catered for vegans, halal and indulgent guests.

No basement parking, not easy to get to your car during raining. However, the safety of your vehicles is guaranteed as they have security around. The room still maintained its old furniture, but at least it is functioning. To use the iron and its board, I had to travel to level 2 where a room is dedicated for ironing located. No iron is provided in the room itself. My room has windows, but I can’t enjoy the view as the signboard or whatever it is had blocked the whole thing, which then saddened my kids 😓

The room is spacious to accommodate my family of two adults and two children. The shower hot water is nice, and there are satellite tv with kids channel. Ours is family room and two large beds were provided. The room is clean, though it is look old. The AC is very cool, don’t worry about the heat. The food for breakfast is simple local favourites, but the taste is quite good, and has a lot of varieties for you to choose! The staff is very polite and friendly to assist you any time.

Tv didn't work No mini fridge in room. Advert said fridge Wifi was in and out. Next morning wifi not good Slight smell of smoke in room. I had asked for non smoking room

Family room is big. very large 2 queen size bed can fit 6 persons. Bathroom is too small though. Furniture are from the 80's. Air-conditioning is very freezing, comfy bed comfy pillows. we got 8 Pillows in total! Breakfast is available though everyday is the exactly same menu. wish they change the menu everyday. Ironing board and iron is only available on the aisle at the hallway. which is very creepy to iron your clothing while other people walk pass through.

the mirror divider (idk the exact name) is toooooo transparent. i always feel like someone looking at me. and the paip jamban..haiya go and check room 105. a have to bow down n sembah the toilet bowl.

breakfast - good except for half cook egg. mention there half cook but it is 100% cook. and its cold. room - mattress nice, pillow nice. bathroom - shower the best. i mean the water is not the renyai2 one. its really full blast and that's heaven for me dinner - fish and chip best, mushroom soup a little bit salty, lambchop a little bit rubbery, nasi goreng the best, fried chicken wing best
