Everything was good. Just a little bit disappointed with their chef wearing white cholthes. At the morning im asking about plate for kids at sudden he look at me with angry face, then his assistant show me where its located. Just because he is a chef so i dont deserve to asking anything?

I love the sincerity. The staff all friendly from receiptionist , waiter ,bellboy and clenaer. My kids love the small theme park. The swimming got clean water and not too cold. I love the food. Once come here please take with breakfast. No regrets.

The beach side nearby was surprisingly very bad, the water has black stains looked like dirt or oil. I thought it was supposed to be a clear beach but our bad, something went wrong there.

The rooms was clean and well kept. The staffs was friendly and helpful. Liked the breakfast. Simple but good choice of breakfast choices. They have kids friendly cutleries. Swimming pool is well maintained and kids loved it.

There's a small private parking (sort of basement) and another small open space parking, but quite a number had been reserved. There's a lot of public parkings on the roadside but you have to compete with hikers going for a walk to the light house especially weekend. Originally, we booked the Superior King Bed room, but upon enquiring, we need to take some flight of stairs. As my wife had a knee problem, we requested a room without the need to take stairs and were given the Superior Twin Bed. It's just very near to the lobby and the restaurant. The room was quite small, just nice for a couple but without any working desk. If you wish to do some work in the room and need a view, I suggest getting a bigger room and higher up, The hotel consists of about 5 blocks of buildings for different types of rooms. The highest block is where the lobby is located, and it has a lift. You can't get this information from Booking.com. Hence, you might need to give them a call. If you're looking forward to taking a swim in the sea, you might want to check the low/high tides first. During our visit at 1000am, the tide was going down with the water around your waist. But at 1pm, the water had receded quite far. This hotel seemed to be quite popular, with groups coming in to do activities such as team-building and meetings. Hence, during breakfast and lunch, the restaurant will be quite packed. Hence, if you're looking for privacy, you might not get it.

The surrounding area was very nice with tall trees as it is near a forest reserve. Also, the beach at the back of the hotel is in a sea/coral sanctuary, i.e. Taman Laut. The sea water was clean and quite clear. From the hotel, you could walk to Pantai Biru during low tide. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to take a dip. The adult pool was (abt 1.30 metre deep) large, and there's also a wading pool for kids with themed-park kinds of features such as water slides and splashing buckets. It should be fun for kids. The room was clean and modern with a split air-conditioning system and also a ceiling fan. The lighting in the room was generous. The shower was very strong and fulfilling and easily controlled for hot & cold water. There's a water tap beneath the shower where you could easily take your ablution. The restaurant for breakfast and dining was an open concept with ceiling fans, so matching with the hotel resort theme. The breakfast spread was also quite good and quickly topped up. I like their croissants, which was buttery. If you had been to one of Villea's group of hotels i.e. Hotel Perdana, near KLCC, you must remember their wonderful croissants where people are queung up for it. This hotel's croissants were quite close but minus the queue. We also had our buffet lunch after checking out. Not very expensive and quite nice local dishes, especially their appetisers, e.g. kerabu

There may be a lot of bees/wasps near the forest, but that's okay as long as they are kept under control. And parking is limited. but it's ok just a minor thing to us.

So far the breakfast is a normal breakfast like other hotels. but still good & worth the money. The environment is ok. Our room is also good but maybe to put extra coffee sachets maybe. Around 6pm they will spray mosquitoes in the room which is really nice. Of course the swimming pool is the best. my kids really enjoyed the mini water park.

I was assigned to room 222A and needed to climb a few stairs. No lift. The pool for adults is quite small.

The breakfast was good and delicious. The room is a bit small for two people but still comfortable. The bathroom was big enough and clean.

Lastly, this is for House Keeping team, there is also a big patch of black mold above the bathroom ceiling. You need to do better. No point having such facilities and beach front without a good house keeping crew

We liked the room size of 417 and facilities of Villea Port Dickson. But what really turn me off is the quality of house keeping. When my family was about to go to bed, we found that the bed sheets were stained and the blanket sheets had what looks like blood stain and some food stains. These were not small stains. The sheets look like they were never change and were probably just dusted with a feather duster after previous customer checked out. This is unacceptable even for a 4 star accomodation with a 3pm check in time and a 12 pm check out time. That should have been more than enough time for House Keeping to do a good complete clean with a final inspection before allowing the rooms to be use by the next customer. When we found these stains it was already around 11.30pm. I called house keeping and requested new sheets but was informed house keeping had ended their services at 11pm. Unknown to me at that time the lady on the phone that I was speaking to was actually from Front Desk. She kindly inform me she will attend to my request after expressing my dissatisfactions with house keeping. After approximately 20 minutes, she arrived with security and they both changed the sheets. I would like to thank Amelia from front desk and security Hazrul for going above and beyond their responsibility to attend to a late night house keeping request and trying to find clean sheets. Lastly, this is for House Keeping team, there is also a big patch of black mold above the bathroom ceiling. You need to do better. No point having such facilities and beach front without a good house keeping crew
