MalaysiaThe sofa bed is not in a good shape perhap it should be replaced with a new one or be repaired. There is only 1 plug point for The Hot Plate & Cooker Hood. They can't be used simultaneously, should use multipoint plug extentions. Lastly 5 of were provided with only 2 bath towels.
It's very clean & can accommodate 5 of us. Location is superb & value for money.

MalaysiaIt was a horrible stay ever. I asked if I can do an hour early check-in, but the host declined and told me earliest to check-in is 3pm standard time. Due to traffic issue I arrived at the unit 5pm but to my surprise there were people still doing home repairing job and we need to wait for them to finish the work and clean up the house. On top that, the host sent us the long lengthy rules and regulations about the house, few days before the stay. I do believe transparency should’ve placed before we made the payment, not after.

MalaysiaTo date, my deposit has still not been refunded. When I asked about it, I was removed from the homestay group, and the administrative staff were extremely rude on the phone. I feel cheated: I booked two apartments through separate links that turned out to be the same unit listed under different names. When my family arrived, we were given accommodation for five people instead of the eight we had paid for. Despite these issues, neither of my deposits has been returned. The second apartment they assigned us—meant for five guests—had an overflowing kitchen sink, which the owner insists was our fault. We were in town for a wedding and never used the kitchen. Nevertheless, the owner is blaming us and refusing to return the deposit for that unit as well.

MalaysiaI stayed for 2 nights. The charges unclude cleaning but they didn't come to clean on the 2nd day. They say the cleaning charges is for tge cleaning up after we check out. Felt short change by them. We don't need cleaning after we check out. Won't use this plateform for my future travel
