AustraliaApparently the hotel has a swimming pool but it was closed. We paid for breakfast - planning on having a quick bite to eat before our taxi to the airport at 7am. Problem being - breakfast only starts at 8am and is offsite from the actual hotel premises. At least the staff were friendly and are in process of arranging a refund. It must be a popular hotel because the lifts were always very crowded.
Very good location within very short walk from major mall and many eating establishments. Room was clean and the staff were friendly in arranging a refund for the cost of our breakfast (see below). We only used this hotel for one night as a half-way point before flying the next morning. For that purpose it was ok, but I would not recommend staying here as a base for exploring KL - rather stay closer to the center.

MalaysiaI probably wouldn't have purchased breakfast if I had realized that breakfast is down the street at a cafe. I also thought it was strange that there were people sleeping in the lobby when we arrived.
The rooms are nice size rooms with a comfortable large bed and sofa and big TV. I slept well without disturbance. There was lots of pillows. The water pressure in the shower was good.

MalaysiaTraffic is a bit bad during peak hours/rush hours due to traffic light at the 4-way intersection. The parking lot is also abit gloomy and not very well lighted, can get a little scary for a lone driver.
Had a late checkin and a late check out but the staff was very very friendly and very helpful. felt very welcomed when i was there. stayed for 1 week and it felt like home. Great location, 5 mins away from The Curve and Ikea. There is a 24HR convenient shop at the lobby and a lot of restaurants in walking distance.

MalaysiaNo parking. You have to park at nearby park area and pay on your own. The breakfast is not buffet only a-la-carte. The lift and receptionist area looks outdated but the room is excellent.
The room is as provided in the picture. It has great view of the mountain and the surrounding buildings. The lift is fast, I have to wait but its okay for me. The aircon and the water pressure is really great. The outside of the hotel dont really look pleasant but the room provided to us was excellent. I would stay here again next time.

MalaysiaThe lobby looks as if under construction. Looks dull and messy. The parking garage is very confusing. Starbucks downstairs was closed. No restaurant in the property. Overall, especially in the lobby it has a deserted feel to it.
Staff is very friendly. Fantastic rainfall shower. Rooms are basic but clean. Very nice view. Nearby my news for essentials was good.
